An excellent service provided to me by an absolute credit to her company - kiah minns. I'm pretty sure she has gone above and beyond her duties to keep me and the seller happy which cannot be easy. I wouldn't think twice about using this company again and I'll be asking for her and recommending her to anyone who's buying or selling properties. A bottle of wine will be heading in kiahs direction when the completion date of my new flat is finalised

Where do I even start with this utterly outstanding team. I am a stickler for excellent customer service and cannot stand people that don’t do their jobs properly…. I’ve got to say, I had no concerns in the slightest with Harris & wood! Alfie & Jorgia (sorry spelling) were incredible selling our house in the first place in a difficult market. But wow, when we got to the sales progression team, Sophie absolutely blew it out of the park. Honestly, she cancelled holiday to come in and get us over the line, she messaged me with updates in evenings & weekends to ensure I was kept up to date on our move, her communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. Never in my life have I felt so confident in someone getting the job done, so to speak. The bottom of our chain used the most diabolical solicitors known to man (bird & Lovibond - avoid at all costs!) but Sophie somehow even pulled that out the bag and got them to communicate in the end making our sale a success. I can’t stress enough how much time she took out of her own personal life to get this done for us. She deserves a raise, some commission and serious recognition for this! Really recommend Harris & wood. A team like no other! Thanks guys x

Harris & Wood Chesterwell helped me buy my dream home. Initially, I thought getting onto the property ladder would be easy, but I soon realised that it’s quite a journey, regardless of the circumstances.
My journey began with a discussion with Jorja, who had all the details of every property listed by Harris & Wood Chesterwell. Whenever I called to ask about a property, she was always ready to provide the information I needed. Although I missed a couple of opportunities, Jorja Brown, along with Alfie Coldron, did their best to assist me.
For property viewings, I was guided by Robbie Tunn, who demonstrated great enthusiasm in showing me houses. He always emphasised the importance of thoroughly viewing each property. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with a genuine smile.
Once I made an offer, I thought the hard part was over, but I soon discovered that the real journey had just begun. Obtaining a mortgage, communicating with the solicitor, and ensuring everything was on track proved to be a fairly complex process, especially with a deadline to work towards.
I would have felt lost without Sophie Hartley's support. She always paid attention to even the smallest details to ensure everything was on track. For example, although I opted for the solicitor recommended by a friend, their response was not as expected. Sophie filled this gap by proactively interacting with all parties and doing her best in every way possible. I was often amazed by her level of engagement and attention to detail. It gave me the impression that Harris & Wood had assigned dedicated expertise to help me buy my home, even though I later learned that Sophie manages around 60 clients per month.
At one point, I found myself without a place to live, and the exchange was stalled due to various bureaucratic processes. During this challenging time, I only received responses from Sophie. No matter how many calls I made or questions I asked, she was always there to help me. Both Sophie and Naomi Barlow went out of their way to find various options to overcome the stalled exchange process. Sophie really understands and respects the situation of all the parties.
It made me realise that I should have initially chosen the solicitor recommended by Harris & Wood Chesterwell.
I’m not sure how Harris & Wood managed to have the right person for each step of the process, but I am grateful for the entire team, especially Sophie Hartley, Jorja Brown, and Robbie Tunn.
It was a pleasure working with such an incredible group throughout this journey. This experience will always be memorable for me & my family, and I would gladly choose Harris & Wood Chesterwell for any future property-related needs.

We were incredibly impressed by everyone we dealt with at Harris+Wood. We had a brilliant salesman who had incredibly detailed knowledge of the property and was very welcoming. The communication with two agents who supported us after sale was incredible and they were very efficient. First off, It’s no surprise Harris & Woods has a 4.9 star rating because their service is genuinely outstanding.
Throughout the purchase of my current property, I had the pleasure of working with Sophie. She was incredibly dedicated, consistently polite, and exemplified true professionalism from start to finish.
We encountered some frustrating issues with our solicitor and at one point, it felt like the entire transaction might fall through. But Sophie didn’t back down but she stayed on top of everything, persistently following up with all parties involved right up until the contracts were exchanged.
Honestly, Sophie deserves a raise ????
Also worth mentioning that Harris & Woods showcase stunning properties, and their photography is exceptional crisp, inviting, and beautifully presented.

During the sale I regularly was in contact with Jorja but also dealt with Alfie, Robbie and Paul who were all fantastic. When viewing properties with other agents it really made me realise how grateful I was to be using Harris and Wood. They always made time to show people around at pace (unlike other agents). I cannot recommend Harris and Wood highly enough. After a terrible experience with another estate agent, we turned to Harris and Wood and were immediately impressed by Alfie's genuine attitude and care. He was excellent and trustworthy. We then had the pleasure of working with Jorja, who kept us regularly updated with suggestions and progress reports. Our house was sold within six weeks, compared to not selling in twelve weeks with the previous agent. The price we achieved was consistent with Alfie's initial valuation.
While the sale process through the solicitors was stressful (not Harris and Wood's fault), Naomi was an absolute godsend and a true credit to the team. Her support made the entire process much smoother. Naomi is someone you definitely want on your side.
I would never consider using a different estate agent. While I don't plan on moving again, if I ever do, Harris and Wood will be my only choice.

No independent or high street agent will outperform the team at H+W Chesterwell. What initially seemed like a straightforward sale quickly turned into a series of challenges, yet the team at H+W had everything under control before I even had the chance to pick up the phone to discuss the next steps. We faced every obstacle imaginable.
Jorja was exceptionally professional from the very start, keeping me fully informed at every stage. However just three weeks before exchange, on a Friday morning we received two dreaded calls—one informing us that the buyer had pulled out, but then Robbie stepped in, and by Monday afternoon—just three days later—we had sold again so thank you so much Robbie!
An OBE would be a fitting recognition of Naomi’s outstanding work on this property—she is simply incredible. H+W, if I were you, I’d make sure she knows just how invaluable she is. Even with my working experience in the estate agency world, I have never seen someone handle everything with such professionalism and empathy. Speaking to her was never dull, whether it was bad news—or even worse news!

I have just completed on my house sale with Harris and Wood. I have moved house several times over the years and have never received such an outstanding services from start to finish. I chose them because their photography and presentation on right move was excellent and I was hoping that this would draw buyers in. I can tell you I wasn’t wrong! Within just a few weeks my house was sold STC. However, I was absolutely astounded by just how incredible the after sales care was. I would wholeheartedly like to thank Naomi from the sales progression team, who with a clear passion for her job, went above and beyond at every point to keep all parties happy- my situation was complicated and required care and the upmost professionalism which was no trouble for Naomi. Along the way there were unexpected glitches during the exchange (to do with solicitors) and Naomi handled it all so smoothly (even though it was her day off! Amazing dedication!). I have honestly never received such a first class service. I will be recommending Harris and Wood to everyone I know! If your reading this review you won’t be disappointed with Harris Wood at any level if you decide to choose them. What can I say!… we have just exchanged and dealing with Marcus at Harris and wood is nothing more than outstanding! Service is first class! As we all know ow there are ups and downs in moving but Marcus was my go between. Liaising with buyers solicitor and mine getting all the information to make it better. Every week I got updates from him, and I knew if I called he will answer straight away. Kept me informed and pulled me back when things got stressful. Love this estate agent and it was the best decision I made from James taking the pics to completion next week. without hesitation I will be calling Marcus when I decide to buy a new home or sell.
