I had tried to sell my house previously with two other estate agents in Witham and had bad experiences both times.
I was nervous starting the process again however Conor in the Witham branch has been amazing from start to finish. All pricing was straightforward and upfront, there was no pushy sales talk at all, the photos of my house were perfect and we sold our house within a week of marketing
Emily from the sales progression team has been so supportive and pushed through a complex chain to completion within 3 months. Anytime I had a query or an issue whoever answered the phone went above and beyond to help me I've had great experiences with every member of staff I've had any communications with.
I can't thank Harris and Wood enough and would highly recommend.

Steve and his team did a great job with the marketing and viewings, showing people around the house. Emily, the Sales Progressor, kept us informed, as did Connor, Matty, Marcus and Naomi. There was a bit of a bumpy start with scant property details and an unappealing selection of photographs. New details were produced with our input and our choice of photos from the batch taken by Harris and Wood's photographer. We were then up and running. The house went on the market on 1 June and we completed on 5 September - not bad at all. Thank you to all at Harris and Wood.

From the initial meeting, to James doing a fab job with the photos (and even befriending the cats!), it's been a really smooth process with 10/10 communication. Highly recommend Stephen - our house was photographed and on the market within hours, 3 viewings lined up within 2 days and two offers - all within a week
