They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.

15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

They gave sound advice at every step and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely manageable. Their professionalism was exceptional throughout. We were kept fully informed with regular updates, and they worked tirelessly to arrange consistent viewings until the right buyer came along. Their strong local knowledge was invaluable, and they even provided trusted contacts for services such as clearance firms and solicitors, which made the whole experience far smoother. He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains
3rd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

Selling/buying property is one of the most stressful processes but Arden helped us to feel reassured and in the loop. Yes, you can find cheaper ways of selling your home, but if you want personal, dedicated attention to the sale then it's certainly worth paying for... Not all agents are the same... Pick a good one like Hart's
