We are a local independent family run agency, we know and love St Albans from dog walking, to schooling, to shopping. St Albans offers so many different styles of housing, with some areas working better for schooling, some for commuting and others for socialising! I have worked in St Albans for over 20 years for corporate agents. Now, I am looking forward to cutting the red tape and providing a service with my own values and my own approach. The corporate world has taught me so much, with some of the best training available, but it is too restrictive and not the friendly local service that I believe people want. As many do, I went and tried something new for six months, I was selling technology into estate agents; what I learnt was that I loved agency and missed the gratification that you get from helping people on their journeys. Every time a friend asked me for property advice my eyes lit up, it’s a passion I guess! It was a great experience, part of a journey. It allowed me to step away, speak with agents across the country, hear their practices and personal journeys. It armed me with so much information. Prop Tech as it is called offers so much to the industry and is changing the way things are done. Let’s be honest, its one industry that really hasn’t changed much over the years! My aim is to be the agent that you will return to; in our phones we save numbers for our accountants, physios, tradesman that we engage with time after time, why don’t people have that trust in their estate agents? I am ably supported by Natalie, always a friendly ear to clients and offering a different perspective to St Albans. Natalie brings to the table years’ of marketing experience, as well as an understanding of estate agency through a love of property and years of being married to me! We share the same passion and values for business and together offer a personal and unique service. We surround ourselves with a professional team of experts from property photographers to trusted financial advisors and solicitors; it is important to us that we work with individuals that hold the same values as us.
