We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

13th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)I assume I dealt with the manager - rude and impatient. Advertising of property was inaccurate. Communication was awful - emails ignored and an insistence on using the phone (so nothing written down?) Avoid!

Dominique was fantastic, so knowledgeable regarding the valuation and the property sold on it's first day of viewings!<br>Leanne, Arden's Sales Progressor was also brilliant. Progressors are so crucial when you're in a property chain. Leanne was so good at pushing things forward and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Would not have this property without him. always answered emails and calls as quick as possible answered every question I had made this experience very easy and stressing.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I came to EweMove at a particularly difficult point in my life. I was going through a painful and expensive separation, needed to move urgently, and finding a new home was proving far from straightforward.<br><br>I first enquired about one of EweMove's properties and was shown around by the very likeable Paul, who also took the time to show me other properties and offer genuinely useful advice about the area. When I began the application process, things became considerably more complicated. I needed support from the council to secure a tenancy, agreements had to be drawn up, and then there were delays while the council arrangements were sorted out.<br><br>By that point I was communicating with Georgina, and I really could not have asked for a more pleasant, patient, kind and persistent agent. She liaised directly with the housing officer, kept pushing things along and helped get the whole arrangement over the line.<br><br>What impressed me even more was that Georgina didn't simply stop once the tenancy had been secured. She knew the area and the people in it exceptionally well, understood that I was essentially starting life again, and pointed me towards work opportunities and sources of support that she thought might help. She checked, double-checked and probably quintuple-checked that everything was working properly in my new home, and continued to check in afterwards to make sure I was settled and comfortable.<br><br>She also has a remarkable knack for bringing the right people together, and I've ended up with a lovely bunch of neighbours in my building.<br><br>After the difficulties I'd been through, finding this home felt like finding a sanctuary. I'm very grateful to Georgina and Paul and the lovely people at EweMove for helping make that possible.<br><br>And in later years, when my children are older and the time eventually comes for my family to move on again and look for our own home, I already know exactly who I'll want helping us with that next chapter.<br><br>Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional.<br><br>I have no hesitation in recommending EweMove.
