Very unprofessional agency! They didn't honour booked viewing. I had a viewing arranged of a flat for rent. I had travelled hours to see it and took a day off work. Received a call from them 5 min before the viewing to let me know that they've cancelled it. I'd accept that if they were apologetic, however, they just informed me without even saying sorry....
