I could not praise Rahim and Dan enough for arranging an evaluation my property. Rahim especially has given me exceptional service, I could not recommend enough for using William h brown in the sale of your property

Very professional from when I booked my first viewing all the way up to completion, Rahim the negotiator in the office was outstanding and thorough would definitely recommend selling or buying from them !!!

Horrendous. Lied, never answered calls or emails, total lack of communication. Initial photos dreadful only 10 provided upped to 19 after complaints. Wasted 22 weeks of sales time with no viable viewings.
Avoid with a barge pole.

My purchase was dealt with by Neil who was personable and provided a good service. He made particular efforts to resolve loose ends and to progress the sale. He was excellent in reassuring a stressy buyer! I would not hesitate in using Neil’s services if I was buying again through William H Brown

So twice this week I received calls from their office where someone has rang me, then hung up. I called the office and spoke to hakeen? Raheem? Asked why am I being called and I want to be removed from the database, he asked my name abruptly and I said, Naomi then he asked for surname and I paused and said oh it might be my maiden name or new name, can I give you some other details. He then rudely says he will make sure they don’t call Naomi. I was like ?? How will you know it’s not me they’re calling, I’ll give you my surnames you can check both? He then said I’ll make sure they don’t call and hung up.
Pretty sure their are some strict rules about marketing and people asking for their details to be removed so will be researching this. Glad I never gave them my business

Easy site to navigate and great if you want to sell a property but not good to buy as God they are expensive

My question is, does this company take any notice of the terrible reviews they have on a regular basis throughout the UK.
As a retired Sales Directir within customer service the most important thing in any business is customer service/satisfaction.
Its does seem this agent is not interested in improving its service.
My issues are far to long to list, all I will say is when you are waiting on exchange and completion on a house move it is one the most stressful things we do in life, when your agent fails to communicate with you and with they clients to resolve issues and it take 5 working days with no feedback this is unacceptable come on W H Briwne management wake up and act.

Although we got off the great start with Willian H Brown, once we had found a buyer this quickly changed and haven’t had a good experience at all in the last three months, communication and honesty are key to us as most others I would think, but sadly I wouldn’t recommend them going forward.

James provided an outstanding service and has been professional, positive and proactive throughout. He helped to keep the process moving forward, and kept me up to date at every stage of the sale. He was also extremely helpful and responsive when answering any questions I had. I am happy to leave a five star review. Thank you very much indeed!
