Relocated from Norwich. Romans helped us secure viewing on current property while we were visiting for 24 hours. Once we put in offer on property Druhv was helpful. Explained process clearly.
After we went through referencing we spoke to someone else for the final paperwork. Unclear why Romans have you deal with multiple people as unlike Druhv they were much harder to get hold of hence the 4* rating. Overall good service tho. Thanks.
