Strongly recommend Hunters for house sales. Thoroughly professional and friendly service from the first phone call to perfect completion.

Dave came to value my flat and his experience and character came across really well at the valuation.

I was concerned however that we’d get passed onto other staff members if we signed up but Dave assured me whilst he couldn’t do everything himself he would be involved daily in our journey if we chose Hunters.

I took a punt on this and we weren’t disappointed.

In honesty, although I felt Dave was best to manage the sale, after getting to know Joseph, Sarah and the team I felt I was in good hands whomever I spoke with.

They are a great bunch!

We've just purchased a flat through Hunters, at every stage Joseph was extremely helpful, honest and responsive. We were shown a great selection of relevant properties, he listened to what we wanted and helped us find what we wanted. Then once we had found somewhere we were interested in and had an offer accepted Hunters were really prompt and helpful resolving issues and finding out the answers to our questions. We used Hunters to sell our flat in Forest Hill and could not have asked for a better service or support throughout this stressful process. From valuing the flat, to providing feedback on how to make it more attractive, to providing advise in terms of offers and negotiating with buyers, we always felt like we are in very good hands. Leanne and her team at Hunters Beverley are an extremely professional outfit. They don't just put your property on the market, they actually sell it for you. You don't have to do a thing, other than preparation for viewings. They follow the sale through right up until the keys are handed over. We bought from them also and the same applies. Leanne even kept in contact during lockdown to let us know that all parties still wanted to move as soon as possible.

I’ve experienced Hunters Beverley from both the buyer and seller perspective, and on each occasion it has been managed professionally. Leanne has always conducted business in a clear manner, communicating effectively between all parties concerned.

When buying through them, Hunters Beverley removed the ambiguity from the process, and all though they are acting on behalf of their client as they sell, not once did I feel that my needs were a secondary consideration. No pressure was ever applied to complete the process, even on the occasions I felt any personal doubt about the properties suitability to my needs.

As a seller, the process was clear, simple, and managed with confidence from the start, which saw a significant selling figure only 14 months after I’d bought the property. This process saw a minor third party complication that required delicate handling, to which Leanne responded quickly and effectively to establish fact, and manage a continued vendor client relationship all the way to completion.

From the moment I walked into the Hunters Beverley office, it felt as I would want it to; professional, courteous, and more than a cut above any other estate agent I’d experienced.

My parting feelings on Hunters Beverley, and that of Leanne and her team, were that I made exactly the right choice in determining to use them for the sale. They earned it when I bought through them, and the subsequent sale of that property proved my faith in them was well founded.
