Disgusting experience! Pure mafia. Avoid!!! Colin and Lauren rob my money and good. They dismantled a bunk-bed and throw lodgers things away. They re-let rooms in my property without permission. Contrary to my prior incorrectly worded review I believe that Colin Griffith and his team are consummate professionals and always endeavour to reach a fair, consistently excellent and judicious approach to conducting their high quality lettings business. I can freely attest that tenant welfare is always of the forefront of their dealings with all interested parties in any given interaction. Personally I will not be using this agent ever to rent in any capacity again after them abusing the law to the maximum with the regular use of lodger contracts which means the owner of the property has no obligation to hand back any of the deposit which in this case they conned me out of after leaving after a year in a property in Catford. Word of advice - avoid fraudster Colin Griffith and his gang of wise guy crooks who will grab your hard earned cash from star to finish and leave you hanging when it comes to resolving any prospective issues in dealing with a very ignorant landlord (who in this case wouldn't even allow me to have access to internet in the property until almost a month and a half into the tenancy). If they really cared about tenant welfare they would use a standard AST contract and communicate the legal implications of why they steer clear from this perfectly acceptable arrangement for most landlords explaining this from the start but they don't as is all plain to see here - AVOID DEALING WITH AT ALL COSTS!!!...
