As a tenant in one of the properties they are meant to be managing, it is exhausting dealing with them. They charge extortionate amount of rent to my landlord-with No professionalism, never stick to their word. I have Wasted so much money taking time off work to wait in for their contractors - they would rather scrimp on money than get the jobs done once, on time and well done. I have had 5-6 contractors come out for an issue that after a year and half at the property is still not complete in the slightest. Massive leak from shower into kitchen below - ceiling damager - mould in silicone they keep going over rather than removing properly and redoing. I’ve had to pay out and get jobs done on my own. Absolutely horrendous. That is just one of about ten issues in property. I do not know how they still function. Do not recommend at all.... Read more

A Round

As a distant landlord I have used Taaksvale’s Guaranteed Rental Scheme for many years. Stumbling across some of the other reviews on this site I felt compelled to offer my own review. Jas and the guys have been fantastic. They have handled my properties excellently, removing all of the hassles and paying a solid, fair rent. I can’t think of a single instance where they’ve been anything less than massively helpful.... Read more
