Charlie is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He acted quickly with queries as they arose during the solicitor phase and kept everyone updated efficiently - he excels in communicating clearly and openly. At times, Charlie seemed to be the only one with his finger on the pulse and kept things moving . Nothing phased him and he always responded to any issues I had quickly. He was present to hand over the keys and to escort us round to ensure we knew where everything was. As a consequence of Charlie's skills and expertise he made the transition from sale, to purchase through to actually owning my lovely new home all the more pleasurable. I cannot praise him enough!... Charlie and his team are dedicated and knowledgeable and throughout the process of selling my home he was always on hand. With his exciting and modern approach to an age old business he was able to achieve an excellent price, which was more than my initial expectations! Possible to give six stars? Charlie has been brilliant from first minute to last. We met him at the property, where he showed us around and had clearly researched both the house, heritage and surrounding area, which meant he could answer all our questions on the spot (sounds obvious, but you’d be amazed at how many estate agents don’t even bother with the basics). He helped us liaise with the seller, was proactive in keeping us updated, made himself available to let solicitors and surveyors in, and made the whole process go incredibly smoothly.
