Totally unprofessional agency, I think they pretend they are working but they just seat behind the desk watching Facebook. You can call them million times they never call you back. After 100 calls when you finally make appointment,1hr before they will call you and will say they cannot come because they have to go somewhere in emergency. After several calls and walks to the office managed to see the property, agreed to rent it just to be told they still have to check with landlord. Expecting a call with some updates never received one. Found a property elsewhere instead. Would never recommend.... Read more

Mr Verma is one of the best estate agent we ever come across. We wanted to sell our flat. He guided us through whole process during our first meeting and suggested realistic evaluation estimate. We started to receive viewing requests soon after and about a week after we received and accepted an offer. There were some delays due to COVID 19 but Mr Verma continued to update us about the progress of our sale until we had completion. Absolutely appalled by how Hunters have dealt with me in the last 6 weeks. No one answering calls, left a dozen voicemails and no one has had the decency to call back. Had one phone call answered where I wanted to query about purchasing a house, spoke to a chap named Sunny, very hurriedly got me off the phone telling me he was with a client. Hunters Came through first time on selling my elderly parents property - thanks to Sunny and the team, wished we’d gone with them sooner, but it’s been an experience. THE BAD EXPERIENCE - We started out with another estate agents who basically throw loads of clients at you without doing the due diligence that they’ll be able to purchase. When we did get to a prospective sale, they didn’t check that the clients would secure the right mortgage - an issue because of the construction type. When the surveyor came they didn’t accompany him to ensure an accurate valuation. The result was a lot of wasted time, and 28 weeks lock in until we could switch estate agents. THE GREAT EXPERIENCE - Sunny came through with a different approach that gave us several perspective buyers, and from those buyers, found the one who would likely be successful in securing a mortgage for my parents property. Sunny came out with the surveyor for the mortgage valuation. The result we have successfully completed, and we are so happy. Thanks again to Sunny and the team. I had seen the perfect house but in order to secure my onward purchase I would have to act swiftly and sell my house. I approached Hunters Slough explaining my situation, I did not want to loose out on my dream home. The professional team at Hunters Slough promptly went about their business and had my house on the market within a day, with viewings arranged and booked for the following week. To my astonishment they had sold my house within a week and also had lined up a backup buyer should anything go wrong, "But why didn't you go with a cheaper online option?" my friends and colleagues often asked me during that period, Well after the ordeal I went through purchasing a property from the "most popular online Estate agent" I would only advise people to stay clear. I can only appraise the support that Hunters Slough provided in helping me sell my property but furthermore going above and beyond out of their remit and supporting my upper chain when that "most popular and cheap online estate agent" was no where to be seen.
