I would highly recommend Hunters Chadwell Heath. They are so helpful and very efficient. Emotional time as selling my late father’s property which was our family home since childhood and they were extremely respectful of this. Excellent communication keeping me informed regularly. Went above and beyond.

Completed today and now in our new home, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from hunters especially Zack. Any problem any question he was there on the other end of the phone doing his best to sort it for us, he kept things straight and got us to this point. I must of rang more times than I can count and each time he delivered an outstanding service.<br><br>Thank you Zack and hunters we are one happy family :)

We had a lovely viewing experience with Raymond. He was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. We didn't feel rushed and view the flat at our pace and without other viewers, which is appreciated. Thank you Raymond for giving us a tour! Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly.
Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things.
Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly.
What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly.
Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house

We had an excellent experience with Hunters from start to finish. Richard, Brenda and Adam were fantastic throughout the entire process - always responsive, easy to contact, and happy to help with any questions we had. I would not recommend entering into any arrangement with this agency without extreme caution! It will also be worth checking the numerous negative reviews here!
Based on my personal experience, I encountered ongoing issues with communication, contractual handling and payment-related matters. Certain concerns, including payments and entitlements, remained unresolved despite being formally raised and supported with screenshot, and no meaningful response was provided!
For landlords, it is important to clearly establish in advance how the property will be marketed, how pricing will be structured, and whether any all-inclusive (bills included) arrangements may be applied, as these factors can significantly affect outcomes.
Overall, anyone (tenants, landlords and employees) considering working with this agency should be prepared for potential complications!
