I’ve dealt with Hunters on a previous house sale so know Harry & the team & had no hesitation in instructing them once again.

Hunters (Downend) were selected after meeting & questioning 4 local premium estate agents. Hunters provided the best overall advertising package and were also competitivly priced.<br>I'm pleased to say they delivered on their commitments and the house sale proceeded to contract exchange without any hicups.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Maddison Smith for the last few months. She has remained in constant contact and worked so hard to find a suitable property for me. Unfortunately the right property never arose with Hunters and we have since purchased with a different agent however Maddisons diligence to try and understand my very specific requirements in a property and also her genuine care about her situation has really made her stand out among the other agents I have been dealing with. She is a truly lovely and genuine person and a credit to Hunters.

Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly.
What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly.
Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house

We cannot thank the team at Hunters Catford enough for everything they did for us during the sale and purchase of our home.<br><br>We previously had our house on the market with another estate agency for 12 weeks, during which time we had just two viewings and no offers. When Richard and his team took over, the difference was incredible. They marketed our home with genuine care and attention, and within just 12 days we had received multiple offers. We were absolutely amazed by the turnaround.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Richard, who was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and an absolute pleasure to have on our side. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, and having someone with his expertise and calm approach made such a difference. We always felt that our home was in safe hands.<br><br>And then there is Brenda... who truly deserves a special and heartfelt mention. Brenda was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She is the definition of going above and beyond for her clients. This was a very stressful time for us, but Brenda was there for us every single day. She communicated with us constantly, answered every single question we had (and there were plenty!), and always made us feel supported and reassured.<br><br>What stood out most was that Brenda genuinely cared. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, patient and dedicated, and we always felt that she was personally invested in helping us get through the process successfully.<br><br>I am still amazed by the dedication and commitment of the whole Hunters team. Every member played their part in helping us through what was, at times, a very difficult and stressful sale, and we are incredibly grateful to all of them.<br><br>Thank you Richard, Brenda and the entire team at Hunters!! We genuinely couldn't have wished for a better estate agency to have on our side, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
