Excellent real estate agency. We're renting an apartment, and all issues are resolved quickly. They're very customer-focused and genuinely friendly. Overall, I don't think I've been as satisfied with a real estate agency in a long time. I definitely recommend them!

Ryan was very helpful and kept us updated as things developed. He guided us to put our property on to the market at a realistic price. Within 3 weeks we had 6 viewings and an acceptable offer. Michael was also instrumental in achieving the offer we have accepted.

Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly.
What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly.

Working with Hunters to sell our property felt like a 'breeze'. I know this seems an unlikely word to use, but the process from start to finish with Andrew, Brenda and the team meant they were allways one step ahead of things to guide the way, alay any fears. Communicating always with clarity, grace and intelligence ensured the process never felt unpredictable, our out of control. It seems clear to me they like their jobs and the enthusiasm and quiet confidence they demonstrated created a sense of calm for us. I would not recommend entering into any arrangement with this agency without extreme caution! It will also be worth checking the numerous negative reviews here!
Based on my personal experience, I encountered ongoing issues with communication, contractual handling and payment-related matters. Certain concerns, including payments and entitlements, remained unresolved despite being formally raised and supported with screenshot, and no meaningful response was provided!
For landlords, it is important to clearly establish in advance how the property will be marketed, how pricing will be structured, and whether any all-inclusive (bills included) arrangements may be applied, as these factors can significantly affect outcomes.
Overall, anyone (tenants, landlords and employees) considering working with this agency should be prepared for potential complications!
