Alistair was a true god send throughout the entire process, from the moment we got in touch to view the property until completion and we had the keys. We moved to the UK in 2022 and able to let a house through Intra-Capital Estate Agents. Our main contact person is Novia and from the first date in the property she assisted us lot. As we are new comers to the UK, we did not have much idea about the rules and regulations of UK rental market and Novia explained everything in more simple manner. This was a big relief for us. After staying nearly 18 months, recently we moved to a new property as we need much spacious place. During the past 18 months Novia helped us immensely and handled our matters professionally. We rented a flat through Intra Capitals. Since we moved in they've been on top of everything. Yesterday, both of our toilets were clogged due to a building issue. They sent us straight away a plumber, Pierre. He was non-stop working for 5 hours, he did not want to leave until the problem was solved. I can't thank enough Jane (from intra Capitals), Pierre and his manager. From what it started like a crisis, no working toilets in a flat of 3 girls to our crisis to be fixed in time record....
