At the end of tenancy, Venice Properties attempted to take £1000+ of our deposit on entirely false grounds. Thankfully we got our deposit back but it involved a lengthy dispute with the deposit protection service. Besides this troubling deposit experience, they were also slow to repair issues in the flat and raised rent faster than inflation/the market. Wouldn’t recommend this company.... Read more
