I highly recommend this small family-run estate agent. Choice of agency at the coast is vast but if like me, you want a completely invested, knowledgeable team looking after you throughout an often difficult process, J. G Sawyers is a great choice. Their knowledge of the buying and selling process at the coast is outstanding.

I have been renting a flat with Nigel Sawyers for 5 years, and I can honestly say that he has been the most amazing landlord. He then gave my husband and I the option to buy the flat. The whole process has been made so easy due to the excellent customer service given by Nigel and the Sawyers team. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Without a doubt the best decision we ever made choosing Sawyers and sons to sell our first family home, throughout, Andrew was nothing but reassuring and a calming presence who filled us with confidence even at the most uncertain of times. Selling our home in Whitley Bay was a lengthy process due to an unpredictable property market. We had support and guidance from Nigel, Daniel and Andrew at different occasions throughout the process.
