Abbotts were extremely disappointing. We didn’t get a single viewing through them and I had to keep calling them as their communication was very poor. When we sold our property through another agent they claimed the sale and sent a memorandum of sale to their in house solicitor! Shocking behaviour.... Read more

Excellent work from the Abbotts Fakenham team on our slightly complicated sale. Good advice and help as we were selling from abroad. I very much appreciated their willingness to assist with things a seller would usually do themselves but were difficult for us to do from another country. They kept an excellent line of communication open with the buyers, with quick responses to questions from both parties. We were so fortunate in meeting Nina Davis of the Fakenham branch....she instantly understood what we wanted to achieve....did a considerable amount of research...and despite fierce competition from two other agents (ours was multi-agency agreement with winner takes all)...her persistence and local knowledge made the difference...we cannot praise her enough and are so grateful...thats not to say that we found some of her colleagues less on the ball than Nina...but I guess that's a tall order to ask - so thank you Nina...we are sold and starting our new chapter in our new home (when its finished...lol)....
