My experience with this company was not satisfactory. The property was delivered late, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption.
In addition, the property was not in an acceptable condition at the time of handover and was not properly cleaned.
Communication and responsiveness were below expectations, and issues and follow-up requests were not handled adequately.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company, and potential customers are advised to consider other options as well.

It was a swift and easy experience. Jack and Ali both assisted me and were outstanding. Jack initially helped me with viewing and all submitted all the paperwork a stayed connected with me till the move. Ali was also there supporting me with questions queries and ensuring I was supported. I highly rate both staff members.
