As landlords, we constantly suffer from tenants who don't pay their rent and eventually leave the property with thousands of pounds' worth of damage, whilst getting away with it with impunity.<br>I obviously needed to change my letting agent to find one with a more professional approach to finding tenants.<br>From the moment I started speaking to Adam Severn of James Douglas, in Cardiff, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about and introduced me to modern concepts that take the heavy lifting away from letting out my properties.<br>I didn't realise that these days there are things that can be put in place to help take the stress away from landlords.<br>Adam's can-do approach has left me feeling relieved that, at last, here is a letting agent I can trust.<br>Obviously, we are at the beginning of this journey, but it's an impressive start!

I had a fantastic experience with James Douglas, especially thanks to Adam and Cerys. The whole process of securing my property was smooth and stress-free. I want to express how impressed and happy we’ve been with Abbas. We deal with a lot of estate agents and without doubt Abbas is the best I’ve ever dealt with. He consistently goes above and beyond, he’s responsive, pro active & all round lovely guy. He feels me with confidence and it’s a pleasure working with him.
