Adam Severn was introduced to me by his colleague in the sales arm of James Douglas when I was planning to move and thinking of selling.
From the outset, Adam was charming and super-helpful. He talked me through the process of becoming a landlord, and was always responsive to my queries.
He showed people round my house and I always had the sense that he appreciated that it was my home, not just a building I wanted to rent out; I was always happy that I was not just going to get 'any old tenant', but somebody who would appreciate the value offered by my property, which I've put a lot of love, care and money into.
That's exactly what happened: so far, so good, as I'm new to renting out property, and I'm really confident that James Douglas knows what they're doing and have found me a really lovely tenant who'll look after my home even though I'm no longer in it.
Everything has been done in a timely and professional manner and I couldn't be happier with the service I'm getting, so thank you, Adam, for getting this sorted for me!
