Kelsey Curtis has been an absolute lifesaver. Following a bout of bad luck and the poor performance of a previous management agency, Kelsey has picked up on all the outstanding issues and tirelessly worked through them to get the property back up to standard. We had been struggling to sell our house for over a year and were becoming disheartened with our previous estate agents attitude. The moment Matthew from James Douglas saw our house he was enthusiastic and encouraging about the prospect of selling it. His communication was excellent throughout and we completed the sale almost exactly 2 months after switching to them. Cannot recommend them enough it was such a different experience to any other estate agent.
