I bought an house through James Perry Estate Agents and Perry was very helpful from start to finish, not like other Estate Agents who work 9am-5pm, I called him many times late and he answered or called back straight away.
Very knowledgeable in the house game, also Megan who is part of the team was very proffessionally, much more helpful than other bigger Estate Agents.
Would definately reccomend James Perry Estate Agents to anyone who needs them, first class service from start to finish.

As a buyer our communication was limited, however on the few occasions we needed to speak with James Perry Estate Agents the staff were very helpful and prompt with their response. On completion we were given a small gift box containing useful information, discount vouchers and some treats, and we considered this to be a very thoughtful, personal touch. An all round good experience.

Very professional and the staff were extremely helpful. They were able to assist in the completion of the house sale when it looked like it may have fallen through. They have a good relationship with Bridgers Law solicitors, so I would recommend you use them in conjunction with James Perry, as they work very well together
