I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude and unhelpful. Every time I asked about a property, she immediately said there were no properties available. What was frustrating is that I was enquiring about listings that were still showing as available on their website, yet she insisted they were already gone without offering any alternatives or further assistance. Her attitude made it seem like her job was just to answer calls rather than genuinely help clients find a property. There was no effort to provide options, take my details, or offer follow-up support. Overall, the customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.... Had to keep chasing for the info I wanted and then agent brought a dog along to property we were viewing, while it probably won't bother most people, for those of who either have allergies or a phobia about dogs it's a massive problem. Almost couldn't go into the property... Read more
