I corresponded with Japan Letting Agency back in 2020 an Alex who was working there at the time responded but was very abrupt and quite rude, not at all what i expect from a company that would be handling my properties very unprofessional i would recommend finding a different agency especially if your intending to have your portfolio administered while you're aboard.... Its a pity i can't recommend Japan Letting Agency as being from a mixed Japanese background i really wanted to support a Japanese business but the service i received from JLA was unspeakably bad my queries were handled by an Alex but they didnt seem to care if i advertised my properties with them or not, so i took my business else where im now happily represented by Davies & Davies who actually care if my properties get rented rather than just caring about the commission....
