They made everything from the viewing to moving in very smooth and were always happy to help with any questions. Really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them!

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.

6th May 2022 (4 years ago)Their knowledge of the market and research of similar properties was very accurate. We received two offers within the first few days, and another offer at full asking price within 2 weeks.
30th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.- 6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Helyn at Go View made sure my buying process went smoothly which was a god send as I was super busy with work. She was proactive, quick and efficient with her responses and followed up immediately with any requests. Thanks for all of your help!
