One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We recently bought a house through Go View - they were professional and friendly throughout the process from start to finish.<br>During the search James got to know us and what we were looking for, which led us to the perfect property. He was honest and knowledgeable which made us feel much more comfortable.<br>Our sales manager Helyn kept the sales process moving really well, and we ended up not having any delays or issues before completion as a result.<br>Overall, we were very happy to have gone with Go View, and will recommend them in the future.
24th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.

6th May 2022 (4 years ago)Their knowledge of the market and research of similar properties was very accurate. We received two offers within the first few days, and another offer at full asking price within 2 weeks.
30th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.- 18th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)As a renter, my experience with this agent is mixed. They are professional and procedural. Some of the times they are dismissive, cold and emails leave me frozen, from Joanna Koperska and others (sorry, has to be named). Avoid them if you can
