My family were looked after by Jevon at Martin & Co Camberley, who made the experience for us finding a new letting property so easy. He was there to answer all of my questions that I asked him and did not mind how many I asked. He was always in contact with myself letting me know the next steps, so I was always up to date with what was happening. Very helpful during his communication and made the process for us so smooth whilst offering good advice. Would definitely recommend!

If you want to spend a lot of time and nerves to resolve any issues, then you can use the service of this agency. Since emails are not answered not during the rental process, not after the end of the rental. Be prepared to wait up to 6 months for your deposit to be returned. Terrible attitude towards customers!!!

Shocking customer service, poor communication, terrible experience with this company. We viewed a property on Friday 19th, made an offer on the property via email to the member of staff that showed us the property that afternoon, have been calling since and he has not bothered to return a single call of ours, even worse we have now gone on to the listing today 23rd and it has been let elsewhere, still no acknowledgment or response of anything from the member of staff there, even his own colleagues didn't understand why he was not returning our calls or communicating with us, very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service provided by Martin & Co Camberley.

I have rented twice in Surrey. Both through Martin & Co. I have found them friendly, honest and responsive and would class them as an example of what a good estate agent should be. I’m about to move in to my new property next week , and have been helped, listened to and even championed. Jevon has been fantastic help and highly professional throughout the whole process. Did not have the decentcy to tell me I was not suitable or that the property had come under offer an was accepted. Waited a week before phoning them I asked what I would need to get the property he said he would reply unless I called I would still be waiting g now waste of a viewing avoid.

Having worked with 4 different estate agents over the last 3 months I have to say Martin & Co stand out for being the worst, by an absolute mile.
We put a rental offer in and never heard back. We had to call every other day for about 3.5 weeks until they finally told us the property had been sold. Each phone call they promised to keep us in the loop. We would also turn up to their "shop" on the high street and it would be closed even though it was meant to be open. Multiple promises made and I must admit they obviously just didn't care. Would call and leave messages and they would never call back, would ask questions and never get a response. Just poor poor customer service (worst thing is I work in sales myself so I could read between the lines).
It might be different if you are looking to buy a property but if you are looking to rent don't bother using them.

Sounds over the top but I have had some dog Estate agents in the past and these cannot be faulted.

My stepson rented a place for a year. Faults reported when he moved in with promise of repair. The place was full of mould which nothing was done. Now they don't want to return deposit. Absolutely disgusting, non professional bunch of thieves. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

My daughter was renting for nearly 3 years never met her landlord never got in touch none of the repairs was done when she moved in now saying may not get all deposit back she was left with broken catches on windows blown windows floods from upstairs 3 times ruined her kitchen no one came to check work needed no hot water in sink in bathroom for 2 years the answer when she did hear back was landlord spent money on new carpet I would touch that flat after being in there and gave good clean fir check out I pity next person no one at man and co gave a toss how she had to live.

Martin’s and Co Camberley and more specifically Giles and Lauren are the reason I retained my buy-to-let property.
I’ve been involved in delivering service for two decades, so can be very critical when it comes the standard of customer service offered by most companies. The service I have received from them has been exceptional. I have relied on them, as have my tenants. They have been everything you would hope for and more. Going above and beyond what you would expect and what could be deemed reasonable. Looking after tenants and landlords is a complex and challenging role to fill, more now then ever. But can honestly say that Martin’s an Co Camberley do a fantastic job in both respect.
Highly recommend whether you are a Tennant or a Landlord.

Absolutely top dogs in what they do. I own a property in Camberly and need a well run letting agency that are on the ball, as I live a fair distance away. I trust them implicitly with my property, they find excellent tenants and deal with any issues swiftly and professionally. I would like to particularly name Lauren and Giles as superb, and very experienced staff, the type of experience I have not had the pleasure of coming across in other letting agents in the area. I was looking through reviews trying to figure out the best way to put into words my experience. Cliche but I can’t. Simply outstanding.
I have dealt with Louis Mundy and looking at the most previous review from Ovidiu Tugui. I can not agree more.
I had received a letter from Louis where admittedly I was very hesitant at the first. He had noticed I had a property advertised with another agent. My house was empty and had been on market for other a month with very little interest.
From his letter he had explained how he was very surprised my house was still available. Estate agents do not have the best reputation and I was not convinced Louis had the tenant for my property. I had thought this was a sales technique however after another week with no interest I decided to give Louis a call. This was the best decision I made and I should of had called him from the very beginning.
He was smart, knowledgeable, discussed the market, also gave me a few tips of better ways to advertise my property. I still do not know why my previous agent did not give me the service that Louis had.
I went from little interest to giving Louis a chance where he produced 6 viewings in 4 days and found me the most super tenant. I can not be more pleased.
Thank you again so much and I will definitely be recommending Louis and Martin & Co to my friends/ family.

If you are going to use an estate agent , use Louis Mundy at Martin and Co.
In the long, painful and often desperate process of finding a home we have had to deal with a lot of estate agents. I have been with other agencies in Camberley and Louis has definitely shown me 100 reasons why he is the best agent in Camberley. I will never use another agent again and I wish to only deal with Louis.
He had told me he had been an estate agent for 4 years where he had started when he was 18. This is a career for Louis where he wants to push to be the Go-to agent in Camberley.
Louis had really done things differently compared to other agents and I see no one reason why he won’t be the best in Camberley.
Estate agents normally lack a personal touch where they open doors and take offers.
Louis is the absolute best and you will be very lucky to deal with him when either renting or selling your house. He talks very highly of his team at Martin & Co.
If you are ever considering using an Agent in Camberley and looking for the best customer service . Use Louis and Martin & Co! Him and his team will get the job done.

We have been with Martin and Co twice and each time we have found them to be an excellent company with a prompt and professional service who goes that extra mile for the customer.
Are dealings have been with Liam from Camberley who was polite , helpful and would answer emails late into the night and weekends. Moving house can be very stressful especially when renting as it can be the unknown what's left from previous tenants but with Lauren from Camberly she made that easy and made sure everything was perfect for our move. All in all Martin and Co have been fantastic and would highly recommend their services to everyone.

My experience of Martin & Co comes principally from interaction with Liam Tappin. I was impressed by Liam's courteous, professional and non-pushy attitude. He provided accurate information about the property I was inspecting, and, as the landlord was present, allowed conversation between landlord and prospective tenant to proceed, without any attempt to dominate. It was these characteristics, and the quality of the property which led me to make the decision to proceed at the first meeting.
I was completely satisfied with the visit, and followed up the same day.
Subsequent processing was comprehensive and everything was concluded without issue.

Martin and co was the only agency that did not treat us differently just because we receive a bit of Universal Credit. They worked hard trying to help us find a house and a landlord that would be ok with it. Louis shows us a few houses before we found the one. Very disappointed in the communication abilities of this Estate Agent. We were given the impression we were waiting on a response from a Landlord, when in fact the property had already been let, subject to completion. We wasted 5 days of our time, including numerous phone calls to this Agency, who did not get back to us, despite saying they would. In the end, after being provided with full disclosure of the situation, we were told a decision would be made over a weekend and we would be contacted - to date, nobody has had the courtesy to contact us.

When I set out to relocate back in November 2018 I already knew of the tedious task I had ahead. A million and one phone calls from estate agents whilst at work, questions and answers to a new estate agent every single time I enquired on a property. Fishing me into viewing everything and anything, even when told I was not interested..
Although I knew I had to relocate, I avoided pretty much all contact and gave up in the end with estate agents as no one ever got back to me with properties that suited my needs, which was vital.
However, with a very patient, professional and empathetic Raymond Veljkovic I finally found a property I was looking for (and an estate agent I was happy to do business with).
Raymond viewed a property with me back in January initially and probably gathered I had needs/wants back then. He kept in touch but not in a way where I felt bothered and hounded by his calls, emails (as I had been previously by others). Only ever with good properties and helpful advice.
Ray also took matters into his own hands when my situation and budget changed and suggested alternative methods of deposit schemes and without this advice, I would still be unhappy living in a property which was no longer suitable for me.
I would like to commend Ray for his fantastic customer service and professionalism from start to finish. Something so stressful for me personally has been made very easy and smooth sailing straight through.
Having worked in a sales environment for just under 3 years, I am aware of how people are often quick to complain but not quick enough to applaud excellent service.
Ray Veljkovic is a credit to Martin Co and Camberely and I will be recommending the business, Ray in particular to my work colleagues and friends around me.

Most agents don't even bother to speak to the landlords if they think they won't allow dogs but he did not give up on us. We're loving this place and location and we'll definitely recommend them. Excellent service from the whole team at Martin Co Camberley. Rented a property that was just across the road from their office and Martin Co were friendly and helpful during my whole tenancy.
Whilst they were just the letting agents, they were more than happy to step up and cover jobs that should have been administered by the managing agents (a separate company based in North London).
Would definitely use again :)

I walked into Martin & Co in Camberley looking for my first property to rent with my partner. I was met by Ray who could not have been more helpful. Within hours I was viewing properties and communication was alway professional and clear. Having been shown around by other members of the team also it is clear that the level of customer service is high through out. Would highly recommend popping in for a chat if you are looking to rent!

Really happy with the service that was provided from Ray who saw us on sunday to see 2 hmo houses. Coming out off work to show us around and help us meant a lot and was really appreciated. This company are so unprofessional it is unreal.
From the first time I spoke to Giles and he told me that he was going to give me "discount" on the fees so they were cheaper than another estate agents, so we would rent the property through them. Turns out there wasn't a discount and we ended up paying more than the other estate agents.
Every year we had a renewal with them they made endless mistakes in the contract... Things as simple as our names. And their renewal fees! What a joke, how someone can charge so much for them to send you an email is beyond me. "Admin" charges, when your admin can't even get the document right.
When we came to leaving the property they sent us emails meant for our landlord discussing how much they "suggested" we paid to leave.
And now we keep receiving emails intended for landlords or tenants with addresses, amounts of money etc on them, apparently it doesn't matter if you let them know of their error because they will continue to send them.

The biggest liar I have ever seen in my life. Greedy bastards. We offered the asking price for a dream house, got accepted, but these greedy state agents lied to us and instead sold it to someone else without our knowledge . I would be pleased to know ahead if there are more competitor rather being told that they would not take any other offer. If they were honest I would not mind to back off. Never trust them.
