Jessica Richards was my point of contact, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful from the get-go! She listened to our requirements and sent through property options that met our needs. She was also really great at following up with us after viewings to get our feedback, which enabled her to tailor her search for us even more effectively. Despite the fact we ended up finding a property through a different agency, I would highly recommend John D Wood & Co. to anyone!

We recently used John D Wood to rent a flat. My housemate and I are exceptionally pleased with the service we received, particularly from our agent Donal Kerr. With his help, we managed to secure the property extremely quickly (around 24 hrs). Unlike some other agents we dealt with (from other firms), Donal was quick to respond, answered the barrage of questions we had, and was very professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend John D. Wood and Donal to anyone looking to rent in this area.

I'm not sure what to say about the company overall as there are so many people that I've had to work with but I can say, without trepidation, that my dealings with Jamie-Leigh Harvey have been fantastic, efficient and enjoyable. If you can ask for a specific lettings manager in this area then I recommend asking for her. Thanks for everything Jamie!

I have just sold my flat through John D Wood, with Bethan as my agent. She kept most of the stress to a minimum by dealing with it and letting me know once things were quickly sorted out.
