I have just exchanged on a flat which I was originally shown by James and worked through him during the whole process.
This was my first time buying a flat and I felt naturally a bit confused at the whole thing, but James was there each step as I needed him to help me through the process. I could not recommend James enough if you want a high quality, professional and seamless process when you are buying a property.

Very pleased with my experience with John D Wood & Co, Richmond branch. I worked with Dominic Murray who was very professional, courteous and proactive throughout the sales process. My overall impression of the company is that they combine a ‘traditional style’ of interaction with customers (extremely courteous, clearly aiming for high standards) while using the latest technologies for buying/selling and transaction management. My sales context was a challenging one and I felt every support possible from Dominic along the way. My sincere thanks to him. I strongly recommend John D Wood in Richmond.

Toby and Jenna were a fantastic team, guiding and assisting me through the processes of finding a flat which was most suitable for me.
Each of them was pleasant, patient, and communicative throughout each step, offering me not only the general facts about the apartment and neighborhood, but also insight into a multitude of aspects towards relocating.
They went above and beyond what I was expecting, especially in stressful scenarios.
They are personable and mindful; exactly what someone would look for when moving.
I would not hesitate to work with this duo again should I require a realty team in the future.

Great service from Richard and the team in purchasing my flat. It was the only estate agent I visited that actually showed me the kind of properties I was after- they really listened to what I was looking for.
The service was efficient and friendly, and they were good at chasing both sides up for documentation, and helping everything move along smoothly.
I would use them again in the future, and am grateful to Richard in particular.

A very professional service throughout the entire sales process from valuation to completion. Dominic, the Sales Manager, and his entire team could not have been more helpful or committed to managing the sale of my apartment in Richmond. I was kept fully informed of progress (both positive and negative!) and the advice given and support received was excellent - I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

We have dealt with John D Wood in Wandsworth both to purchase a property and to sell one. Our experience has been positive, particularly with Stewart Harrison, Head of Sales, who was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and on the ball. Stewart always took the time to speak to us, answer questions and give advice. It felt like we were a team with the same end goal. Stewart is a genuinely kind individual who has his clients’ best interests at heart. Jimmy Gallagher was also fantastic - extremely personable and thorough. We will miss speaking to Stewart following completion.

We had a great experience with JD Wood in Weybridge. Ruby handled the negotiations and the correspondence between the owners and lawyers and Quinton did most of the viewings. What an amazing team, Ruby was always quick to respond and kept us informed the whole way and did everything to make both sides happy and Quinton was like something out of grand designs, pointing out all the things we could do with the property and how to maximise the space and opportunities. Felt like we got a bonus experience when buying our first home. Would highly recommend working with this team and enjoy the personal touches that come along the way.
