Claire was really helpful and professional. Having not sold a house for nearly 30 years I was a little apprehensive. I needn't have been, she did everything , and the house sold above the valuation on the first viewing within a week. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

I don't believe the agency has enough experience with park homes to value. They do not list through 'on the market'. I have had No enquiries or viewings on my property.

A massive thank you to the Upton team and especially Emma Libby who has guided me through the purchase of my first house.
From the initial house viewing all the way through to picking up our keys, she went above and beyond to keep me informed, address any queries and effectively guide us through the entire process (as we were pretty clueless).
Despite an initially expected 2 month sale turning into 8 months of "back and forth" with sellers/solicitors, which was stressful and frustrating at times, she kept enthusiastic, proactive and attentive the entire time, which really kept our spirits up when our own enthusiasm was lacking.
Genuinless faultless service, and way beyond our expectations.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
