The team at John Wilcox are first class. While you may be considering listing with one of the “big” agents, the truth is that they will lose interest if your property does not sell within 30-60 days. John Wilcox managed to generate two offers within two months, while the previous “big” agent had managed only a handful of viewings over the 12 months before that. John Wilcox is one of the worst real estate agencies in London. Our agent, Janine Coleman, was so incompetent at her job that it resulted in so much wasted time and energy for both our landlord and us, the tenants. She didn't do proper check-in and check-out reports leading the landlord to charge us for many dilapidations that pre-existed in the house before we moved in. Instead of remediating the situation professionally, she started badmouthing us to the landlord, saying we were "living like pigs" verbatim. Due to Janine and property manager Izabela's deceptions, incompetencies, and lack of professionalism, we ended up filing a deposit dispute to get our deposit back. Although we succeeded in getting the deposit back, I am very upset with the valuable time, resources, and energy these people wasted.... Read more
