Listed my property with them and was very disappointed with the communication from them. Had over 20 viewings and think I received 2/3 feedback calls from them. Try your self phoning up !! Never answer phone or return any calls terrible service glad to give it to another estate agent ...

We’ve had a great experience using Jones and Chapman’s in house mortgage service in Wallasey - Georgina Dale has been such an invaluable help. We tried another high rated mortgage broker before trying Georgina who was recommended to us and she provided what we felt was a much better all round service. We wouldn’t be able to buy the house we’re getting without her help. Not only did she manage to get us a much better mortgage offer than other places but she also explained everything so well throughout the process so we felt really well informed . She really has gone over and above helping us through every step. Couldn’t recommend more!

Had a terrible experience trying to sell my property through Jones & Chapman. It seemed like every time I contacted them I spoke to someone different. Communication was slow, and mistakes were made. We got an offer and had to cancel a viewing that had been booked in. When we got the offer, I asked them to cancel the viewing and they said they would. I then phoned the day before the viewing and was told it had been cancelled. Well, the person showed up for a viewing the next day and I had to turn them away - nobody had contacted them. We'd tell info to one person, and then someone different would reach out who had no idea what we'd spoken about on the phone - either they weren't checking our file or nobody was updating our file as we went. Would not go with them again.

This is the second time i have used this company to look after me finding a mortgage and i highly recommend. It easy the process you are kept up to date all documents sent through in a timely matter. Georgina is just incredible could not recommend her enough.
