The whole process of purchasing a property with the Prenton Branch has been excellent. Every person we dealt with were professional, efficient and communication was outstanding throughout the whole process.

Nick, our mortgage advisor, was brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of options and advice with different products. He was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Genuinely can't recommend him enough.<br><br>Nick has been brilliant from start to finish. Our first house purchase fell through after four months of work, which could have been really discouraging, but Nick stuck with us the whole way through. He kept us updated constantly and never let things drop, even when it wasn't going to plan.<br><br>When we started again on a new property, Nick picked things straight back up without missing a beat. His communication has been consistent throughout, and we've always felt looked after. Would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor who actually goes the extra mile.

Nope! They called to book a valuation, then called again the before, Helela the manager demanded to know what changes had been made before she would bother herself to come out .. I merely asked why she was asking since she was coming anyway to see the house. Case of being too sensitive or bored. Now she won't get to see the house. Will find another estate agent. Did tell her (she's the manager) that I would be writing this review. Unprofessional is an understatement in this case. All she had to do was just confirm the visit - but oh no, she needed a long conversation - to which I said whats the point of coming for a visit then? I could have told you about the house in exchange for a viewing! ??????????????????
They sold me the house and the sale went badly...to start with, this was their second chance. I shall be using different agents as I find these either lacking knowledge, needing to gossip and totally be not professional - I had to pay twice for a survey as they did not get permission from the seller after the sale, to let the surveyor in! Think on that before using them! I am disappointed in myself for giving Helena a second chance. ??????
