Carol was fantastic, I put my house on the market with Jones and Chapman in Allerton and not only did they find me the perfect buyer but found me my dream home in Wales! The whole process was smooth as I used their in house solicitors meaning I could keep on top of the whole transaction, i would highly recommend

Moved into the apartment on the 28th of February with promises that it will be cleaned before move in date, that second key will be provided with FOB. For me to move in an find leaking sink that and many other issues with the apartment such as black mould?
Over 6 months in and only thing fixed was the sink, nothing else?
Absolute joke, not even second key has been provided.

Not impressed by the service. There was a total lack of communication from start to finish . House was sold at a very low price. Disappointed to say the least.

Jones & Chapman, Greasby what an amazing team and I can’t recommend them enough.
From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice.
It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale.
