Great, professional service from the original viewing to completion of sale. Kristy in particular helped us enormously with all of our queries, she kept everything on track and up to date at all times. Highly recommend!

Aiden helped my daughter and partner get their home together. He was absolutely amazing going above and beyond on a very complicated rental. He was polite and professional throughout the whole process and we picked up keys today. Prenton branch, thanks for all your help ??

Very poor and unprofessional service.
When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc….
They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent.
After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. I had to remind them that I did choose them and to look at their own system to see so.
Happy I have now moved to move residential

I wanted to share just how fantastic my experience was with the mortgage advisor Nick Cabo. Being a first time buyer, Nick was a fountain of knowledge and super helpful throughout the whole process. He was head and shoulders above the competition and a really genuinely great guy which made the world of difference. Nope! They called to book a valuation, then called again the before, Helela the manager demanded to know what changes had been made before she would bother herself to come out .. I merely asked why she was asking since she was coming anyway to see the house. Case of being too sensitive or bored. Now she won't get to see the house. Will find another estate agent. Did tell her (she's the manager) that I would be writing this review. Unprofessional is an understatement in this case. All she had to do was just confirm the visit - but oh no, she needed a long conversation - to which I said whats the point of coming for a visit then? I could have told you about the house in exchange for a viewing! ??????????????????
They sold me the house and the sale went badly...to start with, this was their second chance. I shall be using different agents as I find these either lacking knowledge, needing to gossip and totally be not professional - I had to pay twice for a survey as they did not get permission from the seller after the sale, to let the surveyor in! Think on that before using them! I am disappointed in myself for giving Helena a second chance. ??????
