Nick has been absolutely amazing at helping me with buying my first house. I’m an apprentice on a temporary contract and he has managed to source a mortgage with a top lender with a very competitive interest rate, despite my difficult affordability circumstance. Even after getting my mortgage offer through and approved, Nick continued to help when there was an issue between the solicitor and the mortgage company, keeping me regularly updated when the solicitor went quiet. The house is due to complete in nine days, so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly. Despite the cost of the lifetime membership, I would recommend Nick to anyone needing mortgage advice, and if I ever move in the future I will definitely be using Nick’s services again.

Dealt with Helen Bennett who currently deals with property maintenance for my rental property. Mixed experiences over the past years but have noticed a marked improvement of late. Helen was easy to contact and was really excellent to deal with. Quick to notify any issues and extremely helpful in sorting out so full marks

Nick the mortgage guy has been amazing. I had some challenges with another mortgage provider and Nick helped me. He is very professional yet down to earth. If you need a mortgage broker.....he's your man!

Not impressed by the service. There was a total lack of communication from start to finish . House was sold at a very low price. Disappointed to say the least.

I have never dealt with a more lovely and efficient team of people than at this branch. You can’t fault their amazing customer service and the fact that they are lovely people to communicate with helps enormously while buying a house (which can be very stressful)! You can tell this Team are truly that, working together to make Customers lives easier. I haven’t found the right house yet, but I know I’m in good hands. Thank you Alice, Ben, Simon and Ellie for being brilliant, you really are a credit to your Company!

Jones & Chapman, Greasby what an amazing team and I can’t recommend them enough.
From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice.
It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale.
