I would highly recommend JCH. Rebecca Bates called to give me a valuation, she gave me good sound advice regarding the sale of my property, and wasn’t at all pushy, something I’ve learned to expect from estate agents. I’ve decided to wait until the market improves before I put my property on the market, when I do, I’ll certainly get in touch with Rebecca.

I was looking for properties with Charlotte as a first time buyer and she was incredibly helpful. I didn’t end up buying due to circumstances out of my control however I will be contacting her again when I am able to buy! She was very friendly and contactable, would recommend to anyone.

Initially this probably would of been only 2 stars. BUT thanks to Charlotte, she has regained our trust within Jones and Chapman. Our house offer had been accepted in July, which completed in February. Whilst everything seemed like it was smooth untill DC LAW solicitors recommended by Jones and Chapman were AWFUL. Lucky they weren't our solicitors. Thankfully Charlotte took full reins to get the ball rolling, chasing them everyday and doing everything needed possible. Whilst still doing viewings. so we are grateful for her hard work that she has done for us.
Overall: i would use them again but only in the hands of Charlotte - give that girl a raise, she went above and beyond for us to complete in time. Thank you Charlotte!!!!

As first time buyers we had pretty much no idea what was going on. We have several problems with our mortgage application (this was not through Jones and Chapman) and Charlotte from the Moreton branch has been really helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. I Would definitely return to use this branch and charlottes services. I’ve always received quick and detailed responses from each query. Many thanks to the team.

We are still working with Charlotte from the Moreton branch on the sale of our house but can not recommend her services enough, she keeps you informed at every level from listings,viewings, offers to actual confirmed sales which is where we are at now, I would 100% recommend everyone to use her and the Moreton branch.

I cannot recommend Leah Wilkinson highly enough for any of your mortgage needs. She secured my mortgage quickly and efficiently and went out of her way to make sure it was submitted in time before any interest rises came into effect. She has also liaised with my estate agent and other parties to help smooth my house sale. I would recommend Leah and Jones and Chapman without any hesitation! Thank you Leah!
