Siobhan Mason is the manager and is most impressive
She was enthusiastic from the word go,which is difficult in Bexhill
She seemed totally enamoured of the house(it is very stylish),offered a good deal and her colleague Ashley, was most helpful

Well where do I start! What a fantastic estate agents, siobhan, Tina and the team were amazing.
We sold our property through Just which took less than a week! We also achieved more than the asking price which was amazing, the girls were so helpful and very reassuring when we got stressed, I felt like they were more our friends than anything else, very hard working and professional so thank you so much for all your help and I can’t recommend them enough. I would definitely use them again if I move, which I’m not planning to do ever ever ever ????

I wish I had used Siobhan, Bexhill, from Just Property for the sale of my property, but luckily for me I purchased my new home through them.
Siobhan was professional and honest from the moment I placed my offer until the end of my purchasing journey. And it was a journey! The only person to keep me updated on that roller coaster ride was Siobhan. And I am so very grateful, thank you.
She is experienced in the whole conveyancing process and is not afraid to find out ‘what’s happening’ and keep me updated regularly.
It’s a pity I cannot say the same for the other ‘professionals’ on my journey. Whether they had University degrees or not, and I had to deal with 3 lots of solicitors, they were mostly uncommunicative and appeared to be ‘on that slow boat to China’.
If you want to know what is going on throughout your conveying journey I highly recommend Siobhan from Just, Bexhill.

Thank God for Siobhan who has recently joined Just Property. She masterfully managed my purchase through a myriad of obstacles and problems that arose through the legal process. Siobhan was tenacious, effective, a communicator, an achiever and a problem solver resulting in the final and succesful exchange of contracts. Like a dog with a bone she would not let go until success was achieved for all parties and for that Siobhan I say a very big thank you. Siobhan you can let the bone go now.
