I'm not sure we can sing Kate's praises highly enough to express just how brilliant she has been throughout our property journey. We instructed Kate to sell our property, and from the moment she came over to carry out the valuation, she was kind, knowledgeable, honest and professional. Nothing was too much, and she clearly loves the job she does- it comes through in every aspect of her work. We went to market and Kate managed to organise the schedule for a multitude of viewings. We received two offers, at asking, within 5 days. Kate had thoroughly qualified each potential buyer, and as we wanted a quick sale, advised us on the best route to take. She was fantastic! Our sale went through seamlessly, and our buyers were similarly delighted by working with Kate to purchase. This experience of selling seamlessly was more than enough for us to highly recommend Kate to anyone selling or buying their home. However, this was not where Kate's professionalism and kindness ended- she continued to help us during the complicated purchasing journey we found ourselves negotiating. She was happy to help us with how to manage surveys, negotiations with estate agents, and after two properties we'd had offers accepted on falling through, it was with Kate's help we secured our wonderful new home. This was after the sale of our house had gone through, and Kate technically had absolutely no obligation to help us. But she did, and we cannot thank her enough; Firstly for helping us to sell our house so quickly and painlessly at asking price, but secondly for going so far above and beyond what many would have done, to help us purchase our dream home. Kim was a phenomenal help throughout the whole purchasing process. She was very patient and understanding as the sale turned out to be way longer than expected (6 months) due to me having issues getting the mortgage sorted out. Despite of this Kim remained patient, professional and kind throughout, even though it would of been easier for her to be the opposite.
