They are always very courteous and exemplary in informing me of appointments and also impressive in providing me with consistent feedback from all potential buyers' viewings.

I would rate the service provided by Glen Fulham (Sequence -- the mortgage arm of Barnard Marcus) very highly. We have used the service twice now and found him to be very efficient, helpful and professional. The turnaround is very quick and at each step you are updated on status and progress. We had Ben Woolnough at Barnard Marcus in Ewell round to carry out a valuation at my parents property. His local knowledge was fantastic and his approach to the delicate situation was great and very much appreciated.
