Nick came round to value my property [it was on with another agent- who were giving a very poor service] as my contract was nearly up - I wanted another Estate Agent to value it.
I was totally impressed with Nick - he really could not understand why my property remained unsold for nearly five months - he thought it was priced correctly and was in excellent condition - he did not say anything derogatory about the Estate Agent who was marketing it - which I admired. He was just truthful no BS - just straight to the point
I really wished he had taken it on - as I am sure it would have
been sold by now.
If it remains unsold when my contract is up - he will be the first person I shall ring - with full confidence it will sell being marketed by him.

He was always willing to go over and above! Having moved abroad from the UK, he was always available to answer questions and give us update on progress with the sale of our house.
He worked hard on organising viewings to our property and finally getting an offer which was in line with our expectations.
Even when the property market slowed down, following increase in interest rate, he took the initiative to re-market our property by taking new pictures and the process worked, straight away we had more viewings and received an offer. Always thought buying a house would be so difficult and didn't even know where to begin. I booked a viewing for a property that I liked and met Nick from Kearns. He was very professional and guided me through the entire process. He was always active on email and answered the million questions I had and never showed any signs of being annoyed haha . There are a lot of people who I know that really struggled to buy a house but Nick made it so easy and I felt really assured . There was no sign of aggressive selling nor was he your typical sales negotiator who say everything is perfect with the house. I purchased a flat through Kearns Development and now use Kearns Residential the Estate Agent to rent out the flat. They are a good agent and seem very knowledgeable and friendly. I have asked them to fully manage my property. Fees are not cheap but they are fair. The Tenant hasn't caused them any problems so far, but I am confident if anything happens, the agent will resolve it.
