This is the first time I've used Coopers to sell a flat. Initially, it was Callum to explain the process, valuation, pictures etc, basically get the flat on the market, then primarily Josh for viewings, followed by Ben to close the sale. Without a doubt, a great interconnected team you can just leave to get on with it. A few snags during the latter part of the sale, however this was professionally sorted out by Ben. A great team effort, and would definitely use them again.

Was a buyer, not seller and understood that Cooper's loyalty would be more on the seller's side.
However, it was just brilliant dealing with Callum and his team, who remained fair, balanced and highly professional at all times.
So much so and even knowing the slight conflict of interest, I even decided to use their recommended Conveyancer, Leadenhall Law Group, who were absolutely brilliant too.
I'd highly recommend them and will def use them again myself, hopefully in the next few years when I sell up for a bigger property.
Also to note, of all the local Estate Agents I reached out to (most within a stone's throw away from their WD branch) Cooper's were the only ones who responded quickly and accurately to my needs. Thanks guys.

After initially listing our property with another well known agent, we had 0 viewings in 2 months. I met with Callum who was so knowledgable of the area and set realistic expectations as to when he sees the property selling. After 3 weeks we had 7 viewings and 4 offers on our property. A big shock to us considering the previous agents. Ben and Josh are also incredible and took time to view our property so that they can sell it on. Our buyer was a first time buyer and picked a really poor solicitor (against Callum’s advice). Callum took the stress out of the situation by liaising with all parties and keeping the chain together. We completed today but without Callum’s support, we would still be on the market with a failed chain. A massive thank you Coopers.

- Sometimes confusing who was the sole Coopers representative what with leave being taken.
- Some feedback to Coopers in general. If someone is away from desk maybe the direct phone lines can go to reception, especially if urgent response is required. A few occasions I had to wait until the salesperson was available, which could have been a number of hours.

Something fishy going on at Sipson Road offers in excess of £485,000
I have a portfolio of 14 properties so I can say, I pretty much know how the system works with confidence. A long story short. A property next to my mother’s house became available to buy which I was very interested in adding to my portfolio due to the location. I spoke to the seller directly before they advised the agents to sell, we agreed once the property was on the market we would contact the agent and make a offer. I did this in the first few days of the property being listed and the agent requested proof of funds as I was a cash buyer to which my solicitor sent the agent within an hour. We had no response at all from Callum after this. After chasing Callum advised it is company policy the property must be view before an offer. We agreed to go on a bulk viewing day and then made the offer, we had a few concerns as a supporting wall had been removed, but Ben advised this was only cosmetic I am not aware of Bens qualifications but unless he is a qualified structural surveyor then it was very wrong to advise it was only cosmetic. We was advised by Ben that he would email on Monday to let us know regarding our offer. No email or call from Ben on Monday I thought maybe he is just busy so I’ll give another call later in the week. I called Ben later in the week to advise I was happy to procced with the purchase subject to a structural survey which I would arrange by myself direct with the surveyor could we arrange access the property the following week. Ben said it was not possible as he didn’t have keys for the property and would need to contact the seller he took my international number and UK mobile number as I am currently away on business and said he would call me back by the end of the day. Again no call or response from Ben by the end of the day or even the next day or the following week. Funny enough as my mother lives next door she saw the agent a few days later with a positional buyer discussing selling points in the garden. Strange as the agent had no keys? I called again the next week to Bens mobile but no answer and he didn’t call back after seeing the missed calls. A few days later I called the office and Callum answered the phone. I explained I made a offer which was subject to a survey and would it be possible for my surveyor to access the property. He said straight away er em we are in a meeting now but a offer would need to be made before a survey to which I replied I had made and initial offer twice now and got no reply, he said again he was in a meeting and took down my international number and UK number and said Ben or himself would call me back by the end of the day, this did not happen. After pretty much giving up with coopers another week later I finally get a email from Callum stating the offer was declined by the buyer and they are proceeding with another buyer and sent links of alternative properties. Why no communication from coopers beforehand? Why not negotiate and state there is another offer would you like to increase your offer? I was prepared to pay between £485,000 to £530,000 but not given a chance to increase my initial offer which is normal practice and totally ignored. After my initial offer of £485,000 I was just ignored…. Was the issue regarding the survey? Did they have another buyer already lined at an agreed price to which they ignored all other interested parties. Does seem common amongst offer reviews. I’ll leave it up to you to make up your own minds but I would certainly not sell a property with coopers as it appears they will not get the best price possible.

We were recommended by a friend to use Coopers, we had never really dealt with estate agents so wasn't sure what to expect and this was our first move with a chain. We sold our flat really quickly with them at first.
They arranged visits, were friendly and easy to talk to. If I was ever unsure of anything I always felt comfortable asking them. We mainly dealt with Rico and Callum. Everything was progressing nicely until the pandemic hit. We hit quite a few bumps in the road, unfortunately it fell through, no fault of Coopers. It was due a mix of things, mainly the pandemic. We lost our house that we were due to move into. It was horrendous for us. We had to pick ourselves up and were given multiple pep talks from Rico and the team! We had to start it all over again. The team were very supportive through out.
I now understand why my friend recommended them and why I would too. We have now sold our flat.It has been a very stressful journey for us but to have Rico and the team on our side, has made it alot less stressful. They know what they are doing, they are professional, they updated us regularly, chased all parties involved.

I did a viewing with Callum and called back the next day to discuss possibilities of subsequent viewing and to put an offer forward, he said he'll get back to me but never did. Out of all the estate agents I looked at, Rico impressed me the most with his knowledge of the market and his confidence that he could sell my house in a reasonable time. Rico had a list of potential buyers in mind and he lived up to his confidence as a sale was agreed within a few weeks of being on the market.
Callum kept me updated with the sale and kept chasing updates from further down the chain. The sale dragged on due to no fault of Coopers, only the incompetence of the solicitors at the bottom of the chain, however Callum did keep on chasing for updates in order to get the sale done especially as I had deadlines to meet in order to secure my purchase.

In challenging market conditions, Coopers took over the sale of our flat after another local estate agent failed to find a buyer in 10 weeks - within a month they had found a suitable buyer.
Rico is the upmost proffessional who communicates well, is proactive with chasing the property chain and is always on hand with to help with queries we had. Callum too was proffessional and pleseant to deal with.

Right From the initial email for a viewing request right up until a successful completion and exchange; Rico has consistently surpassed my expectations. The house I originally wanted to look at was unfortunately under offer - however Rico quickly understood my requirements and suggested a property which was not currently marketed however had been marketed by Coopers previously. Rico facilitated the negotiations succinctly and efficiently. Within a week of reaching out to Coopers , i had an offer accepted on my perfect home which was not even being marketed at that point! The vendors solicitors were a nightmare - consistently delaying the process and not cascading down information. Rico proactively chased the solicitors at every opportunity as to ensure the purchase was as smooth for me as possible. I find it difficult to believe there is a more empathetic, understanding and efficient estate agency in West Drayton.

What a difference from the other "High Street" agents!! We knew our house would be a difficult sell as it had been a rented property, however right from the start we got good advice from David, Callum and Rico. The reason why I mention all three guys is because thats as far as it goes. And shock, horror! they actually talk to each other. No really, you do not have to go over everything again with the back office, front office or any other orifice you can think of. In over a decade of buying, selling and letting property, Coopers are the first to have made more calls to update me rather than me chase them. In fact, I did not make one call to chase Coopers. I am more than happy with the price I achieved for the house which was within the boundaries I agreed up front. Coopers also recommended a very efficient solicitors (EDC Lord if you really want to know).

I rented out my property in West Drayton for 4 years and have just sold it, using Coopers to both manage the tenancy and then sell it.
Rico in particular has been instrumental in taking a lot of the stress away from me by being very proactive during the sale transaction. He often contacted the purchasers or their solicitors for updates which meant I didn’t have to ask my solicitor to do it. He was always polite, friendly and professional whilst also “being human” and understanding how a sale can be stressful. Seemed to often work late and wouldn’t leave the office until he had replied to his emails etc. Always kept me informed of any developments or even if there weren’t any he would tell me so I wasn’t left wondering what, if anything, was going on. Can’t recommend enough really.

Honest and hard working estate agents! I have primarily been dealing with both Rico and Callum who have always gone above and beyond. Although we are new to the town they always spent time on viewings to explain in more detail the surrounding area and answer any questions that we had. Rico was very helpful during my house hunt! He always listened to my property requirements and kept me up to date with any suitable properties. When organising viewings Rico would accommodate and as I had to use transport for travel he kindly offered transportation from viewing to viewing which made things a lot easier. Although I did not find through Coopers I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with Rico.

Excellent Estate Agents. I brought my house through Coopers West Drayton, having previously sold with them. I had been messed about and let down by another estate agent on a previous purchase and was so grateful to have found a property that Coopers were selling.
David Jenkinson was an absolute credit to himself and the company and he worked incredibly hard to ensure that the process was completed effectively. He went above and beyond several times to reassure me about the purchase and due to my work commitments making contact difficult he was always willing to find a way to get things done. I got he impression that he works very hard and really care about what he does.
If I sell my house I wouldn't look anywhere else other than Coopers and I would fiercely recommend them for buying or selling. A professional, well run team who care about what they do.

We dealt with Rico who responded to our initial enquiry very quickly, lining up three consecutive viewings. One of the properties we hadn't even seen but he set up a viewing anyway as he had a hunch it would suit our needs and it was close by - he was correct, this turned out to be our favourite. My wife and I needed to sell her fathers property to pay for his dementia care and we needed to sell it as quickly as possible. We invited estate agents round and it is to our good fortune that one of them was David of Coopers, this gentleman ( and I do not use that term loosely ) showed an honesty and understanding when it came to wanting to be our agent and we felt that there was a commitment with in him to really want to sell the property. Within 6 hours of having our details printed and out there in the market we had 2/3 viewings and with a few weeks of it being available we had a buyer. David and his team of Kayleigh & Rico were a joy to work with,friendly, helpful and they kept us informed of all that was happening. While we were not their clients, but the purchasers, they were both accommodating and very helpful. David in particular worked exceptionally hard to get updates from the sellers, liaise with the solicitors, and in general kept pushing to make things happen when other parties were rather passive, and kept us informed along the way. STAY AWAY FROM COOPERS. My boyfriend is currently trying to purchase a property that is being marketed by two estate agents, one being Coopers. They just phoned him, and flat out lied - told him they had a higher bid in place and he was going to lose purchase and he shouldn't even bother continuing with any of the conveyancing/mortgage applications that had already begun. Now I know that property it a cut-throat market, but these kind of tactics against first-time homebuyers or any homebuyer for that matter is just malicious, sneaky, under-handed and honestly despicable. I sincerely hope whoever manages your branch is sacking someone this minute for such disgusting behaviour. One star because you can't give less.

The most professional and enthusiastic agents available for the sale of my flat in west drayton. They were always in contact and updating on the progress. Coupled with that they were instrumental in securing my purchase as they were able to provide the other agents with all the details of the sale of my leasehold in the area.
David Jenkinson and Robert White were friendly and helpful.
The sales fees were in line with those charged by other agents in the area, but those agents were more interested in getting property on their books. As the area is beginning to gain a large number of new builds too.

I live locally and have always been told that Coopers are the best in the area, there are quite a few other agencies to choose from but I'm glad I stuck with Coopers.
Being a new landlord can be a bit daunting as there is alot to take in. But David explained everything to me very clearly, unlike some of the other agencies that came around.
They found the right Tennant for my property, which was one of my worries but they assured that they would get the right Tennant in and they stuck to their word.
The whole service was very professional and efficient. From finding the Tennant to dealing with the switch over of all the bills and getting documents signed. I was always kept informed by Cloey and Jayde who have done a superb job in getting my property rented out.
