We recently moved out of a property in which Keenan’s were the letting agency and had Kerris as our property manager. Both Kerris and Keenan’s were exceptional from start to finish during our tenancy! Always available to contact and made the whole process so straightforward - Thank You!

Absolutely shocking experience dealing with Keenans. Communication was terrible from start to finish and we constantly had to chase for updates, answers and basic information. Different people seemed to say different things and it felt like nobody actually knew what was going on.
The sale of our house nearly fell through because important information was not communicated properly to the purchaser, causing unnecessary stress, delays and panic right near the finish line. For something as important as buying and selling homes, that level of disorganisation is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, items within our home were damaged during the process and getting any proper response about it was like talking to a brick wall.
Overall the whole experience became far more stressful than it ever should have been. Customer service, communication and professionalism all need serious improvement. Would not recommend.

Great experience with Keenan’s, they were very efficient and prompt when dealing with any questions or queries and a special mention to Phillipa who was always very attentive and made sure our move went smoothly

Avoid. Liars and happy to rent out properties that are unfit for human habitation as per The Homes Act 2018 - clearly so desperate to just take landlords money to rent out properties that they don't actually bother to check them properly.
When you bring these issues up to them, on top of being left without heating or hot water for over a month, the response is 'well you have flexibility now with the renters right act'.
Given the things we've been lied to about, I think they have no communication with the landlord and when I specifically asked for a question to be directed to the landlord they told me I'd need to wait for 3 weeks for Keenans to come and inspect the property before they would ask the landlord a very simple question.
Just do yourselves a favour and avoid this sham of a letting agent, as a tenant AND a landlord. There's plenty others that are a lot better.

They photoshoped damp out of my house then denied it saying it was to remove the for sale sign. What a joke of an estate agents. DO NOT USE
If you're going to reply. Explain did or did you not photoshop images to hide algae.
