After a tough few months of a bad marketplace they worked really hard to make sure we got the best value we could. Just accepted an offer on our house so really pleased with them, lets see if that translates as well though the rest of the process, but so far Sam and co have been great.

Looking for a property while working full time is often difficult so I probably missed out on some lovely homes in my search. I spoke to Abigail and she listened to my requirements, sent through property profiles and, with Jess, set up viewings all on the same day. I met with David at the properties and the whole viewing process was seamless. Professional and outstanding service by all and, needless to say, I have put forward an offer on a property I saw and it was accepted.

We first met Jack who gave us a great tour of the property we were interested in. He was really friendly and enthusiastic and confidently answered any questions we had. Communication from both Jack and the rest of the team has been brilliant, efficient and reassuring. So far, we've had a great experience and everyone has been really helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Initial description of the property poor, took too long adding drone pictures and never completed the video, failed to tell me our local branch in Chorley was closed/ unmanned, only had 2 couples who viewed and didn’t ascertain that a couple who had 2 viewings were willing to offer around the asking price, wasting my time
