I had a 'difficult ' buyer....in that he chose a legal team that were not easy to contact.

First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

Fantastic service from everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking to. I have rented via Keenans and am now hopefully purchasing a property with them. Great team of people working there. Could not recommend more highly.
