Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company

Keenan’s have been amazing throughout the process of our house sale and purchase! When they reached out to us we knew straight away the customer service we would be getting would be unbeatable, made us feel like we was the only customers they was dealing with even though we know how popular they are amongst the property market! Molly was a great help, and very approachable with any questions and queries we had, the vast amount of properties they also have in there portfolio was amazing, and even better so as we have found our next property through them as well, keeping everything with the same estate agents makes moving house so much easier and simpler! Thank you to all of the Keenan’s team for your amazing 5* help!

Absolutly Brilliant House, Myself & my daughter settled in very quickly and everything was ready to go! The team at Keenan’s have been incredibly helpful especially Phillipa Nichols who went out of her way to assist me with the ‘big move in’ and she is also very kind with a good sense of humour which made it very easy. I couldn’t be happier and I took forward to the continued tenancy with them. Awesome team - Kate xx

Renting with Keenan's Rawtenstall was so simple. Phillipa was so helpful during the whole process and has been very forthcoming with any and all queries we have had.
Would highly recommend her & Keenan's Lettings to help find your new home. Lovely team and a great help for first time renters.
