We found Keenans to be very professional and helpful from the start. Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time.
This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted.
Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed.
Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

They photoshoped damp out of my house then denied it saying it was to remove the for sale sign. What a joke of an estate agents. DO NOT USE
If you're going to reply. Explain did or did you not photoshop images to hide algae.

Does young Max have any shares in Keenans ?
The way he dealt with us today was as if he was the Keenans Managing Director !
What an absolute fantastic young man Max is , a delight .
Welcomed us with a big smile and gave us a tour of the property with such pride .
Very knowledgeable and answered every question thoroughly.
Keenans should be very proud of Max, great future " asset "
