First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware... Read more

Initially from the very start the selling staff were very dedicated and make you feel like you have known them forever which in my circumstances was very comforting and reassuring having to go through a daunting procedure (and I was promised faithfully that they would negotiate everything with me from beginning to end) but when you get to legal proceedings you get past from pillar to post then the seller agents back off from staying in touch and the new half a dozen different people just email sending me link codes that I'm not understanding so what is my impression ....disgusted now by the initial charm and promises!!!... Keenan’s are the worst agent I have ever dealt with! They tried to sell my property; without success. You get passed from pillar to post dealing with various unprofessional staff; they go against your wishes then lie to you. The women especially are very bitchy and want nothing to do with you if you have something to say! Do NOT use this agent.... Read more
