We use various marketing tools including rightmove, Zoopla, On The market, prime location and our own website.
Experienced staff who know the area and know the industry.
We have a dedicated sales team and also a dedicated lettings team to look after all your property needs.
Whilst the office is open from 9-5 Monday -Friday and 9-12midday on Saturday, we are able to be contacted all day and everyday via mobile.
We are available for appointments any time that is convenient.
Nothing is too much of a problem.
The motto there is no such things as a problem, just a challenge

My experience was very stressful thay did not check if buyer had any funds for 4 months then realised there was no buyer.then thay refused to give back my personal papers i gave them.personall papers I gave them when I decided to change estate agents.

We could not have been happier with the service provided by Kernow Properties for the sale of a house which is located 200 miles away from me. During a very difficult time for me personally, Paul Boase and his team were quite exceptional. Paul kept us informed regularly, liaised frequently with our buyer and went the extra mile to move the sale on when things were held up by local authority searches, solicitors queries etc. He was kind, friendly, positive and proactive. Our property was on with Kernow Properties for 2 months. Staff were friendly. We appreciate that the market may have slowed down a little, but communication was lacking. We only had update on one occasion after I emailed about this. Write up and pictures of property were not as good as we would had hoped. Our experience was unfortunately not one we would have expected.

It's not easy trying to view properties when you live 250 miles away but Paul and the team at Kernow were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed every step of the way with regular contact from Paul who also assisted us with recommendations for local surveyors and such like. It makes a big difference to have a local independent agent who is so helpful and made the whole process of buying a property alot less stressful than it could have been. I would recommend Kernow Properties to anyone looking to buy a property in Cornwall.

Can't recommend this agent enough. When I was living in Cornwall I used Kernow Properties and Paul as my main agent very professional and he also helped me after going through some personal problems where a lot of landlords/agents would have washed their hands of it all. Brilliant guy brilliant company.

Great people, very friendly and professional. They gave me a fair and competitive evaluation for my mothers property(Power of Attorney sale). They are completely up front about prices and any issues you face during the sale. Any bids, viewings and offers made, were communicated to me the same day. The Kernow team, helped me get a deal, that is closer to the said value of the property, where I almost accepted a lower price.
During the sale:
The team at Kernow were fantastic, they buyers solicitor would not talk to anyone, not even the buyer. I can say for certain that without the team at Kernow constantly fighting to make contact, the sale would have taken months.
A big thank you, with out your help I don't know how long it would have taken.
