This was a modest property in a prime, almost unique, coastal location. A tough call, therefore, to get the marketing and guide price right first time, but with a classy brochure and excellent drone footage, Stags was able quickly to identify a very interested buyer, with the result that a good sale was achieved in just a few months to the entire satisfaction of both parties. Trevor and Louise were hugely supportive throughout, responding immediately to queries with reassurance and wisdom born of experience. So, a great result and a happy customer!

We bought through Stags. It was a complicated purchase because the sale was under power of attorney and orders of the Court of Protection and there was also a death during the process. It was of the greatest help that the staff at Stags, and in this sale particularly Louise, kept in close touch with all of the parties involved and kept us regularly informed of problems and progress. We didn't have to chase at all, Louise was very much 'on the case' , informative, friendly, approachable. It was how you would hope an estate agent would deal with a sale. And if we ever sell the place we will go to Stags.

Completed a property purchase where Stags Wadebridge were the selling agent. The whole team were excellent throughout the process (arranging a viewing, communicating with the vendor, and then as required through the conveyancing process through to completion and taking possession). Professional, responsive, and showing a willing to go 'above and beyond'. Our interactions were mainly with Louise and Trevor, but also Danielle and the lady who did the initial viewing (I forget her name, apologies) too.
