We used Miller's to sell a property near Tintagel. Of the four agents we invited out to value, Miller's gave the best impression and best rate.
The agents who would be showing the house all came out at a convenient time to get a better idea of what the property was about.
The team were understanding of our needs and worked to our time scales - which were longer than usual because of our circumstances.
We were kept in the loop by the team whoever we spoke to. This was refreshing as we'd recently sold a house in London and had a very different experience from our chosen agency there.
Would definitely recommend.

The whole team, especially Laura, were incredible, and instrumental in helping us secure our new home, all while working to tight deadlines during an incredibly busy time for real estate across the country.
It's safe to say that without Laura's help, whether it be regular updates, expert local recommendations, or tireless chasing up the chain, we wouldn't have completed on our home before the end of the stamp duty holiday.

The team in the Wadebridge branch were incredibly professional and efficient throughout the sale of our family home. Always easy to get hold of, and communication was excellent. Laura in particular was exceptional. She went above and beyond to work tirelessly to help us overcome several obstacles during the process.
After our first buyer changed their mind, Laura found another buyer incredibly quickly, and negotiated the purchase to a tight deadline.
In the final stages, Laura ensured communication kept going at each part of the chain, allowing us to exchange within the stamp holiday. We are incredibly grateful for all the hard work put in to selling our property.

James was our main contact for the purchase which passed smoothly and it was a pleasure to deal with a man who has a sense of humour matching mine. Intended to be a 'let' to a family friend things did not go as planned so my partner and I entrusted the lettings team with the task of finding a tenant, which was achieved with lightning speed. Olivia was our guiding light and worked exceptionally hard on our behalf, helping overcome a few awkward snags; it has been a delight to deal with her. Our experience really has been five star with this branch and we therefore recommend it wholeheartedly.

We have endured a very frustrating time selling our property. None of the difficulties encountered have been the fault of Miller Countrywide. Unfortunately the “Mañana “ approach by the legal brigade created a lot of sleepless nights.
But Clare and James have been very supportive throughout the transaction and kept us informed.
