Lauren came round to value the house, within 24 hours on the market. Viewings were scheduled for 5 days later at which point the house sold for full asking price. Lauren kept in touch throughout the process and was there to answer any questions. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed. Absolutely fantastic estate agents.
We had previously spent months on the market with little interest and a questionable marketing strategy from another agent. After changing to Key Move the difference was night and day!
We had more viewings in a few weeks than we had in months. Chloe and Lauren were easily available anytime and clearly focused on getting sales over the line. They also really understood our situation and need for a quick turnaround.
Sold after a month, and completed today 2 months after that. So 3 months all together, even with the December slowdown/Christmas break!

I viewed two properties the day I met Chloe and the difference between the viewings was huge. Whereas the other agent was almost silent while walking round, Chloe showed me round whilst discussing important facts, and answered questions I didnt know i needed to ask. Although I didn’t end up selling my home with Key Move, I did invite Chloe to carry out a valuation of my property. If my circumstances had been different, I would have loved to have sold with them. From the outset, it genuinely felt like their hearts were in it and that I wasn’t just being fobbed off.
Many estate agents can come across as quite pushy or give the impression they care simply because it’s part of the job, but that wasn’t my experience here. Chloe and Lauren both came across as truly caring about their clients, which really stood out. I’ll absolutely keep you both in mind for the future.

Awful experience. Investment buyers … the first was so hesitant and giving false claims my house had subsidence… it did not! Claimed roof damaged … it was not !! Pulled out of deal !
Second buyer was also an investment buyer. Had 4 surveys done and despite my dropping the price messed me around. Estate agents failed to show my house to others stating ‘you have a buyer!’ Funny but unless an offer is made and accepted no buyer ! They admitted they had several enquiries but did not let me know or show my house to others… this resulted in losing my new property and they seemed to side with the prospective buys. Something dodgy !!!!

These are the best estate agents. It is a very personalised service which made me feel at ease straight away. After 2 sales falling though right before exchange I was on the verge of giving up and very sceptical. That's when Chloe contacted me and she managed to get buyers in without even having taken any pictures of the property or placing it on any sites. This is what it means to be an estate agent. Lauren from Key Move approached us recently to ask if we’d still consider selling our property. We were on the market last year but didn’t sell. Lauren said she had a very keen buyer ready and waiting and asked us to allow a viewing. We went ahead and the ‘proof was in the pudding’ we did indeed get a good offer on our property. Unfortunately for us the timing is wrong so we aren’t progressing the sale.
I would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone thinking of buying or selling and we’ll be back to her in the future. She’s so positive and honest and not full of usual sales pitch promising everything and not delivering. Thank you Lauren
