Just can't recommend highly enough! From initial contact to completion has been absolutely spot on from the team. Priced right, plenty of viewings, contact, update, and feedback were always given without me having to chase. Jo, the sales progresser, had her work cut out with my buyers, but she always did everything she could to ensure it all kept ticking along. I've recently sold a property through McFarlane which has proved a difficult and prolonged sale mainly due to the slow and lack of responses from my solicitor. It actually took 6 months from offer to completion and only exchanging contracts on the last day before my buyers mortgage offer expired.

A detailed market appraisal and a positive attitude gave confidence to a fast sale achieving the optimum market price. Fantastic experience all round, we sold our house and brought our new house through McFarlane. Photos of ours were very professionally done, we had our first viewing less than 24 hours after the house went up for sale and had sold it within a week.
