Exceptional service from a truly outstanding team. Keygrove is without question the most impressive estate agent I have ever worked with and I have worked with many over the years. Despite complications with the initial potential buyer, they handled everything with integrity, intelligence and most importantly, a proactive approach to secure a new buyer. I initially worked with Lauren Udall who is an absolute credit to the profession—sharp, insightful and exceptionally helpful at every turn. She laid the foundations of trust and confidence from day one. She then passed the baton to James Allen who is nothing short of outstanding. James is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic and calm under pressure and went above and beyond to guide me through the process with clarity and reassurance. Pam Clements, my mother's key contact at Keygrove, was always supportive and encouraged my mother to take on improvements to the property that the Landlord wanted to do for my mother's well being. A genuine review for a genuine business. When we decided to value & market our commercial property, we chose to work closely with Keygrove, primarily due to my long professional relationship with Andrew Archibald, going back over 25 years. I have no idea whether Keygrove, who are lucky to have two consummate professionals Andrew and Lauren Udall working hard on their behalf, are the cheapest surveyor around. All I know is that they valued our property at around £500k above another commercial property agent and more importantly, despite covid 19, managed to complete the sale at above the asking price. It took months of patience and support from them and we are shortly to complete the life changing transaction. Keygrove are the first stop for anyone needing any assistance and advice related to commercial property!... Read more
