I am selling my house and am involved in a chain with 44 Woodland Close that is at the bottom of the chain and being sold via this company. Not only have they still not re-opened the office, they do not have anyone progressing the sales, the online chat platform is useless and the only person working seems to be a regional manager who doesn't think it is in his clients interest to pick up a phone to me (or anyone else involved in the chain) to confirm that the sale is actually proceeding. They are playing with peoples lives and I'm sure the owner of 44 Woodland Close would not be happy to know that the onward chain is on the verge of collapse because the Estate Agent she is paying cant be bothered to make a phone call! My last resort is to now drive to Woodland Close and ask the owner directly!

We've just sold a property with King and Chasemore from a distance but the great communication with James and Matt made it simple and I would choose them again. We also used their legal services which I think helped keep things running smoothly.

So pleased that we switched agents to King & Chasemore after 4 long months of getting nowhere with another agent! The support and friendly advice from James has been gratefully received, always keeping us updated with what's going on in a professional manner. We had a great advert with superb photos and lots of viewings and after just 3 weeks on the market we had two offers on our house and our onward house too. I am currently selling my house through K & C. The service I have received from James has been excellent! He is extremely professional, reliable & gave useful advice in respect of marketing my property. We arranged an 'open house day' with 5 or 6 viewings. On the next working day I received 2 offers! James worked extremely hard to obtain the figure I wanted, so much so, that I received over that figure! I chose King and Chasemore to sell my house on my behalf due to the friendly nature of James who initially came to visit. Although I didn't get many viewings (I think this was due to the time of year and not the agents) the communication was first class. Once the house had sold, Hayley who was my main contact was so efficient and was always available on the telephone for questions and queries I had along the way and I did telephone her a lot !! I could not fault Hayley, she saw me through one of the most stressful times and everything went extremely smoothly and very quick.So thank you Hayley for getting me to where I am now, very happy .

We first worked with K&C in CD when buying our first house and they really helped to make the whole process easy and straight forward from giving us advice and setting us up with excellent legal help and mortgage advice.

We are now selling our home and our first choice was K&C. The people there are fantastic and extremely friendly. Within a week of putting our house on the market we had 5 or 6 viewings and an offer.

When it came to looking for a new home they listened to what we wanted and had arranged viewings on some fantastic properties very quickly.

I found King & Chasemore to be very helpful and even though it took a long time for my property to sell they never gave up. Always telling me about visits, appointments and reports of comments from visitors. I would certainly recommend them to anybody considering an alternative agent or looking for one for the first time. I also thought their brochure was brilliant and full of useful information.
