I found it was a difficult experience for me to do living on my own and not knowing what I wanted.i met Tim who was very polite and helpful and had loads of patience with me.he showed me lots of properties and I ended up having one I never thought I would go for.the process went through well and Bruno helped me no end with complications I was having my end,not big things but normal things which to me was alien.both Tim and Bruno was great with me and never made me feel I was being a pest.thank you both for your understanding and patience and making the process a whole lot easier.

King and Chasemore Midhurst is a busy, small agency but the manager and the staff are committed to great customer service. I was as pleased with their approach to the sale of my property last year as I had been when I purchased the house in 2012. I was kept well informed and up to date with the results of viewings and the situation of possible purchasers. The right person came along on a very wet Saturday afternoon and it was obvious the viewer was interested. I was not surprised when an offer came and the agency dealt with matters utterly professionally. When delays occurred with my inward purchase they were able to find out details of the reasons for the delays that I was not able to get and this gave me comfort. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Customer service??????........ JUDGE FOR YOURSELF! Phoned Wednesday for a telephone house valuation. Lewis booked an appointment for the next day which came and went with no response. Telephoned to chase up which was unanswered so left a voice message. No response received. Telephoned again and spoke to Owein (?) who responded with "my bad, I've found your appointment (no apology) as soon as the valuer is back in the office he will call you. No response received!!!.... So I've gone to a competitor.
