A First class introduction with 2 very efficient staff.
I received a very detailed information booklet, which no other company provided, explaining sales similar to my property within the area, complete with graphs to support the evidence.

We recently went through the process of renting a flat and had a fantastic experience with the estate agency, especially with Chané.<br><br>From the initial viewing right through to the end of the process, Chané was brilliant. I had a really positive experience selling my property with King & Chasemore from start to finish and would happily recommend them.<br><br>Lulu handled most of the initial side of selling my property and was fantastic throughout. From our first conversations about putting the property on the market, she was friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. Communication was always good, viewings were well organised and I always felt like I knew what was happening. She made the whole process feel personal rather than just like another property sale, and I really appreciated the time and effort she put in.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, Nathalie took over the progression through to completion and did a great job of keeping everything on track and was always quick to come back to me if I had any questions. Having someone keeping an eye on everything during this part of the process definitely took a lot of the stress out of it.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy with the service from Lulu, Nathalie and the whole King & Chasemore team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful, and the communication throughout was excellent. Selling and moving home can be a stressful process, but they made it as straightforward as possible and helped everything get over the line successfully.<br><br>A big thank you to Lulu, Nathalie and the rest of the team.
