I am a Landlord with a 1 bed flat in Crawley for which I self managed the tenancy due to a previous bad experience I had with a local letting agent. My tenant of 8 years vacated and thankfully him and his family are on the housing ladder now having purchased their first house. I was hesitant to self manage again as I live far away from Crawley and even more hesitant to approach an agent after my previous bad experience. I instructed King & Chasemore and soon realised that my fears were baseless. The lettings negotiator Neill Pattenden turned out to be a Godsend. He advised how to get my property tenant ready as my previous tenant had 2 young twins and there was considerable wear and tear and some damage. He also arranged for a reputable handyman to do some repairs and after a few viewings found me wonderful tenants. Despite my best efforts at painting the flat my work was patchy and unprofessional and Neil again found me a painter/decorator to decorate the entire flat at short notice and a very reasonable price. Neill was also thoroughly versed on the compliance measures necessary and my tenancy was completed by Cloe Collins. I had some teething issues post tenancy and Cloe responded very quickly and sorted out. I would have no hesitation in recommending King & Chasemore and cannot thank Neill & Cloe enough!

The whole team at K&C in Steyning were very good with us.
Particularly wanted to say how impressed we were with Madi in the Steyning office. Madi is very thorough, a good communicator, and also very understanding; she has excellent people skills.

The agents at King and Chasemore have been wonderful during the process of selling my house. In particular Rebecca, Harry and Amy have all done so much to help. They have all kept in touch regularly, handled any questions quickly and efficiently and gone out of their way to make things run smoothly. Even staying late on some days just to accommodate viewings which has been so appreciated. I would highly recommend them for selling a property.
