I had an excellent experience working with Max - helping me to find a new home . From start to finish, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. His knowledge of the properties was impressive—he was able to answer every question in detail and provide valuable insights that made the entire process much clearer.
Max made me feel comfortable and confident at every stage, which is incredibly important when making such significant decisions. He was approachable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his work, which really stood out.

Kristy was wonderful and helped us to secure a great tenant. If I ever need another tenant I will want her to be representing my property. I had 3 estate agents come round and decided on King and Chasemore as they were by far the most professional.

We selected King & Chasemore at Saltdean to sell my late Mother’s bungalow. They have been excellent from when we met first Jacob Roberts, the Assistant Branch Manager, until eight weeks later when we have now completed on the sale. Jacob and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. All aspects of dealing with the sale of a property when we live a long way away have been handled well by the team.
It was a pleasure dealing with Jacob and his colleagues.

The whole team at K&C in Steyning were very good with us.
Particularly wanted to say how impressed we were with Madi in the Steyning office. Madi is very thorough, a good communicator, and also very understanding; she has excellent people skills.

We had a disappointing experience with the way our application was handled by Amelia.
From the beginning, we were encouraged to proceed and submit an offer, with the impression that things were moving forward positively. Based on this, we acted quickly and in good faith.
However, after submitting our offer, the process changed unexpectedly, and we were informed that further viewings would continue before any decision would be made. While we understand that landlords may wish to consider multiple applicants, the lack of clear guidance and inconsistent communication from Amelia made the process feel unclear and, at times, misleading.
As prospective tenants on a tight relocation timeline, clear and consistent communication is extremely important. Unfortunately, we felt that the process was not managed in a way that reflected this.
We hope that in future, applicants are given clearer expectations and guidance from the outset to avoid unnecessary uncertainty and inconvenience.
