I am highly disappointed in your service,for over 3weeks now ,our deposit refund is yet to get to us ,myself and my partner has been calling almost everyday about this ,yet nothing has been done , you guys will leave us no choice but to escalate this as soon as possible.

The team at the Hove branch made the process of applying for and moving into our new property quick and easy. Jess and Jen were both incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to work with us to find a way of making the process work with our circumstances. What had taken multiple weeks with a previous agency was able to be sorted within only a few days with the team here. I would definitely recommend!

We bought a house through King and Cahsemore with Kelly as our letting agent. She really went out of her way from showing us the property and all through the winding road to getting the keys. She chased whom needed to be chased and explained to us all we needed to know. Despite the difficulties of buying a house it was as smooth an experience as possible with Kelly's help.

The team at King and Chasemore in Hove made the process of finding our flat, completing the paperwork and receiving the keys very smooth! They were great at communicating to myself and my partner and even got us a welcome hamper! Would recommend this team.

absolutely excellent service
I had queries about my mothers property in Fareham, being dealt with by Mann and co , I had a lot of questions to reply to, with regards to the selling .The area manager in Steyning could not have been more helpful, he explained all the technicality's . and then phoned the solicitors and downloaded the information and forward it .
