I reached out to Neil and the team at Kingtons after having no joy at all, selling my house with a different estate agency. To say that I am totally impressed with Neil’s sense of urgency and excellent communication, throughout the process would be a severe understatement. Neil is friendly and professional at all times. Once instructed, excellent quality photos and descriptions were produced and online within 48 hours and many viewings were arranged within 24 hours and an offer was accepted within a week.
I can’t thank Neal and the team enough for keeping me sane and for your perseverance and I wish you all the best for the future. If anyone has even the slightest doubt about instructing Kingtons, my advice would be to not ook anywhere else.

Having viewed quite a few houses and met just as many estate agents it was nice to meet Neil who came across (and is) a genuinely nice guy. Very responsive to questions and was always happy to help whenever he could. I felt lucky that Neil was responsible for the sale fo the house that I was buying! Without a doubt, I would consider Neil should I look to sell my house in the future and I would hope that if I am buying again, it's being sold by Kingstons!
