I contacted them to arrange a viewing, they responded promptly which was great. Unfortunately, i had to cancel the viewing and i asked to re-arrange to a different date/time. The lady i spoke to said they will call back the next day but they did not. So i called again and i was told that they would call me back before the end of the day. They did not call back i still have not heard from them. It has been weeks now. Quite disappointed with the service.

This is a long overdue review to say how happy I was with my experience with Your Move Radcliffe when buying my house. It was a very long and difficult process due to solicitors on both sides being extremely slow and ignoring enquires. Nick was outstanding, I don’t know how he did it but he managed to get things moving with the solicitors several times when all I got was radio silence. He was always available to help and got back to me straight away. A pleasure to deal with.

The team at the Radcliffe branch of your move were really excellent right throughout the process , helpful, supportive and very reassuring through some very difficult weeks all the team were excellent but special thanks to Michael Plummer who kept me sane throughout.
