I contacted them to arrange a viewing, they responded promptly which was great. Unfortunately, i had to cancel the viewing and i asked to re-arrange to a different date/time. The lady i spoke to said they will call back the next day but they did not. So i called again and i was told that they would call me back before the end of the day. They did not call back i still have not heard from them. It has been weeks now. Quite disappointed with the service.

That was till we met Rachel who instilled a lot of confidence in us and assured us that she could sell our property. We were all ready to go when COVID-19 hit us and we went into lockdown. Very panicked as I didn’t want the foot fall through the house at this very uncertain time Rachel was very understanding and everything was put on hold. Post lockdown still a little unsure but we went ahead with marketing the property after lots of reassurance of the COVID-19 safety measures they would be putting in place. Clare and Michael were very professional during the viewings and made sure all viewers adhered strictly to the rules of always wearing masks I felt completely safe and happy. I was kept informed throughout the viewings with feedback daily. The team was always on hand to answer any queries and we had quite a few laughs along the way. All in all a very pleasant experience and would recommend Your Move to anybody who maybe thinking of selling. We was marketed on 12th August and was sold by the 25th happy days ????

Awful to deal with. Delays constantly that are always someone else's fault. If you do have to use them then avoid Conveyancing Expert, made our purchase a nightmare. Dealing with the branch is like pulling teeth, they won't even take their sold sign. Only got so many reviews because they insist you review them on here

Yesterday we received the keys to our lovely home and we were glad we had the help and assistance from Your Move, Claire Howard in particular.
The exchange process was quite lengthy due to the solicitors however Claire kept chasing everything up for us and kept contacting us to update us.
Also they were very friendly when it came to viewing the property, which we did 3 times.
